First of all reserved this u haul truck a month in advance than two days before I was to pick it up I had to drive a hour from my home to get so you gave me a xtra day with the truck but I miss a day from work because I had to go get it early so I could have in there for the movers when they came to help me load not happy about that at all the truck was clean on the out side but it really need to be cleaned on the in side it was dusty all over itEddie M.

20' truck was reserved weeks in advance to be picked up at the Grasonville, MD location. The day before pickup was notified that I had to pick up the truck at the location in Greenwood, DE at the same time 8AM. Get to the location at 8AM and the truck is unable to be picked up due to the location not opening til 10AM.Hunter D.

I made 3 reservations that were NOT available at 3 different locations, at one location I waited an hour to be acknowledged then was told I was late and my reservation was gone, then while trying to reserve another over the phone the Rep was rude and told me it was my fault I missed my truck, when I was NEVER late to begin with, this whole experience was awful so much went on that didn't need to and I'm not sure if I'll ever use U-Haul again, I will say I won't be referring any friends to U-Haul however the pickup location owner was very nice and I will return to his establishment to purchase antiques for my new property. If this was a review for U-Haul and NOT the location rating would have been POOR!LEAH S.

Not only was my reservation changed at the last moment from a 26 foot truck to the 20 but having to bring it back at 6am left me without the option to make a second trip heavies I have to work so I only moved 50% of what I intended to move and I'm out about the same amount of money and I also spent 75 dollars in gas with the hopefulness of making a second trip but did not get the opportunity very disappointed in this experience was a waste of time money and labor I paid to help with the move. So I won't be using U haul again thanks anywayChristopher Z.
This is the best rental location I have been to out of my 3 rentals during moving this month. As for your Uhaul app it is terrible I have tried to return my rental after hrs and every time I have had full bars on my phone as in signal and no other apps running and still your app reboots check in progress...It should not take 30 minutes to run a rental through app. I have not but praise for all human contacts via customer support, rental location agents, but your app sucks and needs a update. I have a Android phone that is less than 2yrs old too and update my phone software monthly...FYIRoger M.

It was a little unsettling to be turned down the first time we did the online 24/7 check-in. Although I had watched the video, I didn't remember to make sure my alternative verification people were available at 8am! Maybe a stronger emphasis on that for the educational materials?Richard H.

We were not supposed to return the UHAUL truck until Monday morning at 9:39a. However, staff at this location called Sunday and stated the truck was supposed to have been returned Sunday. They told us the truck was already reserved for following morning and they needed it. Long story short, we drove Saturday into Sunday morning (total of 15 1/2 hrs), then have to unload truck in a hurry to return a day before it needed to be. This was a 26ft truck and had pop up showers during the day. We were not happy to say the least.Vernon H.
The side mirrors are horrible you can't adjust them so you can see what is behind you or what is coming along side you They adjust to see the truck or to see to far away from the truckLois F.

The reservation line had our arrival time wrong, upon receiving not one but two phone calls to ask why we weren't there. Upon arriving we had to only swipe card and sign documents and hook up trailor. This endured another 45 minutes at the pickup location. (After location was already one hour out of our area) Staff was very pleasant, still tho had my family and I waiting for 35 min to print out documents and sign. I don't get it. I will be contacting higher personnel to inform them about the reservation line. For travelers time is everything. To not be prepared when this is pre arranged 45 min in way too long to pick up. Took me 5 mins to drop off. Thank you, Miss OBrenda S.
