Called the building and told The representative in the office that I dropped off the truck and I was overcharged. he said he would give me a call back. he never did I called several more time to try to have my issue resolved the phone went straight to voicemail. Very unhelpful employees that don't know how to do their job and just overcharge for no reason. Rent from anywhere but here or you'll be disappointed like me.KIMBERTONFAITH P.
Due to the establishment is not in range of internet you could not check the vehicle back in. You would have to come back.. that's if they are there. Then they charge a check in fee of $20. Which I think is unfair since you don't have any internet service in that area...I will not be returning or renting from there again...and at night around 7 pm it's very dark there.Themedia B.

I was not given complete information on the exact time it was to be turned in at the drop-off location. I was not given a paper copy of the contract but was emailed a "photo" of the bill that was not supported by any normal "software" and therefore had no idea that "exactly" 24 hours means rent at 11:08 means it must be returned by 11:08.BRIANRICHARD M.

Honestly, this location did not have an after hours drop box, and after spending almost 30 minutes trying to find a place to drop the keys it was just a bit much.TERRANCE W.
My overall experience was non satisfactory......my pickup location was changed twice, I also was charged for equipment that I did not receive(the dolly) was not on the truck!!! it was extremely hard for my movers to lift several items without a DOLLY...to include refridgerator ,range,washer,dryer,sofas, I am trying to get refunded for the missing DOLLY....however no one has responded.......what really had me upset was the fact that I was not told that there was going to be a hold placed on my DEBIT CARD!!!!!!! I put my furniture in Storage, however when I am ready to remove them.....I definitely will not be using U HAUL!!!!!!!!!!CHERYL R.
