Told them check engine light was on and they brushed it off stating that all the uhaul check engine lights were on....all in all we made it but drive was rough

Michael MUhaul truck leaked in the rain and overnight ruined some of my furniture and then y’all charged me more. The charging was correct by contract but I lost a thousand dollar piece soooo not too happy

Jessi LIt’s was easy to find and if they wasn’t close I would describe the personnel. I wish they left directions on how to finish taking pictures with the truck on somewhere near the key drop box.
AISHALE SThe whole process was absolutely awful. This was my first time using the timeshare option as the rental place was closed the day that I rented. The check in process took over an hour, then the keylock code would not open spent another hour trying to open to get the key while on hold with customer service also while paying hourly for movers who were standing around. Oh, anddd was originally charged for every extra thing that you can rent from Uhaul, which I had not requested, but the two regular dollys that I did rent were not in the truck once we got into it. I have rented from uhaul every time that I have moved, but rented from an office that was open. Never again! Would not recommend.

BRAD RI can’t say enough about Mark and his guys that work with him. I never have trouble renting equipment with them. They always go out of their way to get equipment for me. Even if they don’t happen to have what I need they will call other dealers to find what I am looking for. I can’t say enough good about these guys.

JENNIFER BThe truck was dirty, not terrible, but the windshield inside and out was dirty, the floors had not been swept/vacuumed. The center console had a sticky substance. I had requested a Dolly, no there was none in the truck. I had requested moving blankets and there was Non available. My spouse had to drive to another location, where they had some blankets but not enough. Lastly, when the individual hooked up the car dolly, he did it incorrectly. When I stopped to do a routine check the driver's side strap had come loose and was not on the tire. I had to remove and redo the hook up.
ROY SYou won't be prorated on charges bringing ng the equipment 2 1/2 days early. Will never rent again.
russell mDidn’t notice the A/C was out on the uhaul , the workers must’ve been let others ride in the uhaul with no AC . They told me that they couldn’t find a Uhaul for me and that I would have to keep that Uhaul . The Uhaul place that’s called C&S Unlimited the worker was very nice , Truck was filled on full everything was cleaned , Explained to me how to put the tow dolly on the truck as well .
ALEXIS HI have rented many Uhaul trucks before and this location had the most thorough and detailed explanation and walk-around vehicle inspection of any location I’ve been to before. Very impressive and helpful. Their check-in process was quick both picking up the truck and returning it. A quality and well pleased experience all around.
Amy SThis location did not have blankest, I went to New Iberia St. Peter Store and Lock location got blankets but the charged me although I already paid. This needs to be fixed.
