This location was hard to find and not labeled well. It took us about 30 minutes to find when we returned our first truck. Apple GPS took us through a very narrow, hilly and curvy residential area in a 26 foot truck. We encountered many difficult turns and difficult maneuvers to find our way back to a main road. Then we did not see the location from the main road and had a difficult time locating this business in the dark. Parking was difficult with not enough parking spaces remaining for such a large truck. The parking was located down a graveled hill to a small gravel parking area. The check in was done by cell phone and keys were returned to the front of the building. The key return box was located up the graveled hill on a main road with no parking available. This entire process was very stressful and difficult to complete.Danny D.

There should be spare tires in the trailer. The rental location should at least have the ability to put on a new tire. Our unit had a bad tire that blew off the rim 20 minutes from home. We bought a new tire and changed it ourselves, but it put us almost 4 hours behind due to the time of day. Had to wait until tire shops opened. Uhaul emergency phone number never answered. Due to high call volume yada yada. 6:00 am???Dennis Ray R.

Make certain you know who you are talking to KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!! I WAS TAKEN FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE RIDE!!!! I was PROMISED IF I RETURN THE UHAUL BEFORE TIME I WOULD BE CREDITED. OH NO , NOT ACCORDING TO GHD UHAUL COMPANY!!!! I returned it a day ahead of time and then I WAS PROMISED 545 MILES OR LESS A REFUND WOULD BE ISSUED. DID IT??? NO, NO REFUN,NO CREDIT, NOTHING. I WOULD SERIOUSLY NEVER THINK OF USING THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WANTING TK BE TOOK FOR A RIDE!!!! DISAPPOINTED, LOST CUSTOMERLeon K.

Needs better signage. Was confused on which build was the pick up store. Mike that ran the place was extremely friendly, just had issues using the uhaul software. Not a terrible experience, but will go to a more knowledgeable location next time.Daniel Lee P.

I went on line and done all info needed to rent my trailer but after getting there to pick it up we had to do all the same info, the Uhaul system was slow and was not functioning correctly so it took for ever, almost a hour, so why go on line and put the info in ?? VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE PROCESSjeff A.
