I made my reservation almost 2 weeks in advance. I got a phone call 3 days before I was supposed to pick up the trailer and was told the original site to pick it up would not have the trailer. They informed me I would have to drive to a new location that was 3 hours one way, and needed to be there the next day to pick it up or we would not have a trailer. With having no choice we had to go pick it up because we were moving from Oregon to South Carolina 3 days later. When I complained about it I was told we have you 3 extra day and a $50 dollar credit. Well I did not need the 3 extra days since it sat was not going to be used and I paid $1800 for the trailer. That was a joke if I never use Uhaul again it will be too soon. You company I a joke and exploit people because you have the market. I would rather find a old horse trailer that is full of horse crap than use your company. I am still waiting for a call back from the corporate office after calling and talking to someone who probably never even put in my concerns. The little thing are what mean the most and obviously Uhaul dose not care enough to make things right.Troy S.

The truck was scheduled for pick up at 9am. waited over an hr and there was no one there. At 12:30 pm we got a call saying the truck was available. We were in the middle of trying to find an alternative truck. They informed us that they overslept and didn't make it to work. VERY UNHAPPYLevi C.

They gave us the wrong lockbox to get the key so we had to call and get the combination for a new lock which ended up being the wrong key entirely so I had to go to a different lockbox to get the right key, gas was just over 1/8th of a tank so I had to put gas in it before going anywhere just so I knew I'd make it then when it was all said and done they wanted to try and charge me an extra $140 for the gas being under 1/4 tank even though it was low when I picked it up. All in all seemed extremely unorganized and they wanted to charge me for their own incompetence I won't be using uhaul again that's forsure.Ryan C.

Nothing against this location at all. YOUR WEBSITE is horrible. I couldn't rent this through the website because I had an older vehicle. Which is ridiculous. You should change that because I almost went with another place entirely.CHAD NICHOLAS P.

Never order on line. They will tell you that you are getting the truck that you have paid for then 2 days before pickup they will call and say that it's not available, you will need to take a smaller truck. Which mint for us we had to leave some items behind. We moved over 120 miles away, thankfully we had friends we could leave them with for later pickup.Ginda B.

Thought the vendor said seventy four dollars. When I got home, discovered it was one hundred seventy four dollars. Mirrors on truck were not adjustable. Difficult trip having to move around to see if traffic coming in lane I wanted to use to pass. One dollar and 51+ per mile. Truck had a significant pull to the right. Please give more clarity to the advertised "$19.95/day & 79 cents/mile" for the smaller rentals. I enjoyed being able to reserve my rental through the U-Haul app on my phone, but I never realized until we completed the payment on return (24 hours later) that I was actually paying $79.00, with 100 free miles. It was very reasonable, but just not what I was expecting when I set up the rental. The staff at Mas Auto in Lebanon was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.Laurie D.

The people running the location were friendly people. However, there is no room to get in and get out. Its extremely cramped. I was moved over to this location and deeply upset and wanted to file a complaint, I still might. It was EXTREMELY inconvenient and frustrating trying to get my uhaul. We needed a hitch and they had to give up an employees hitch to us because they don't have them stocked. I am frustrated in the UHAUL company and not the auto repair shop. It should be the company's job to have a uhal delivered to the location selected when renting a uhaul, not the customers job. If it is that way, then there should be a discount or inconvenience fee. Unfortunately Uhaul is the only company that has travel trailers for rent.Kimberly S.

These guys went above and beyond to help me get this straightened out. They even helped me get the last of the stuff to storage. I paid cash and was told my bill was settled. It was the original office I rented it from that put the extra charges through. I highly recommend this location. These guys are amazing!!Jennifer B.
