I understand that their main biz is the BP convenience store and I don't expect too much from a low level, min wage clerk but I would hope they would have a little knowledge rather than "go to the website".

Poor representation and communication. The gas station attendant called someone who handles the rentals and they did not answer the phone. After waiting 15 minutes standing around the person called back and asked the gas attendant to hand the phone to speak with me and said everything is good on line and they will have the gas attendant give me the keys which he did and started to walk away without even showing which truck we were supposed to stick the keys in. while driving the truck i noticed dried BLOOD on the seats and was very upset with the situation I found myself in. When I went to return the truck a different gas attendant handed me a clip board and said " fill this out" ! I felt that the information asked was for them to fill out and said so which he just walked away, so i filled out the Mileage, fuel level, truck number, and weather the truck was returned clean or dirty. When it came to writing in the truck number I could not read one of the letters on the key fob and asked for assistance in identifying it and the gas attendant acted like I was and idiot because the letter 'G" also looked like a number 6 and the gas attendant said it is a "Z" which i clearly could not agree with and after exchanging words he informed me that in India that is a Z but I didn't realized I crossed over to India when I went to my local BP gas station to rent a UHaul. This is the worst experience I have ever had renting a truck for business, They have no business renting trucks at this location if they can't step outside to seer the condition of the trucks and answer questions before and after rental. -Souder Woodworking Inc.

Mine was a last minute request and I needed the truck only for 45 minutes t haul a dead motorcycle 1.5 miles. The truck was booked for later time by someone else, but the staff understood my situation went an extra mile to check with the next customer if they are flexible to pick the truck half n hour later than the scheduled time. In the end, everything was sorted very nicely. Highly recommend this place for the customer service and friendly staff.

Everything was great, except the tire low air warning light was on, and would not turn off for my trip. The person who rented me the truck was great, friendly, and professional. The truck was in good shape with no issues other than the previously mentioned one.

First truck rental broke down 3 miles down the road they replaced it and refunded money back. The owner was very helpful working with him.

The first place I had scheduled to pick my u haul up at messed up and I could get it, they then sent me to this one and they really took care of me! He was nice and made it quick and easy to be on my way when I had already had a delay!! I would give more than five star service if I could and would recommend this location for everyone!

This was an unintended drop-off location. I arrived and had to call a Uhaul person because he was not onsite. Then had to hand my phone to the cashier (which is unsanitary given COVID-19). They closed out the contract instead of transferring me into the new uhaul, so when I got to the correct drop off location, they didn't have our records. Their error also charged me for dropping off the uhaul at their site. It broke down, I didn't drop it off.

The U-Haul service at the Mason BP was wonderful. The truck and other equipment (dolley, padding) were ready for pick-up at my desired time. From start to finish, the service was great and you can't find a better deal for moving. I highly recommend them for your next move.

We needed a last minute rental because our movers didn't show. We called numerous locations to see what was available with no luck until reaching this location. The owner went above and beyond to help find us a truck. Even drove in to make sure everything went smoothly with our pickup. We definitely recommend this location.

I really have no idea how we could have handled our emergency without him. He was extremely responsive, knew my name and number immediately, and treated me with such kindness. My rental from U-Haul one way was $568. I should have shopped around. Penske offered the same rental for $347 less. That's an absolute ridiculous difference. I tried calling customer service and they stated it was too late they would not do anything. I will never rent or recommend U-Haul again.

I was charged an additional day due to an incorrect check in time on the receipt. I have sent an email to the location but this experience makes me never want to use Uhaul again given this display of dishonesty. I do not work with companies I cannot trust and I am afraid Uhaul will now fall into this category.

Our uhaul was returned on time and they tried to charge us $1500 for not returning it. When I called the representative said it was an error in the system and we just got a receipt with $240 marked for 6 extra days after being told not to worry about it.

Next time I will be sure to take photos of the odometer. My trip from point A to B was 127 miles and I did not veer from my route. I had a limit of 164 with my rental. For some reason it was calculated and I was charged for an additional 73.3 miles. There was obviously a clerical error however, I failed to take pics. Won't happen again if there is ever a next time.

Due to COVID-19 we used the online/phone to reserve a truck. That went fine. We got to the store, spoke with someone to confirm our reservation, got our keys, inspected our truck, got emailed the contract and went on our way without a hitch. Brought the truck back on time and gave the keys back to the same person we got them from. We filled out the checkin paperwork but never got a receipt. We weren't too concerned since we did everything online. Hours went by with no email confirmation that the truck was returned. Good thing I had a gas receipt to show the tine we filled up the truck then parked it (got the truck from the BP on Kings Mills in Mason, OH). I had to call Uhaul's corporate office who didn't know why the truck had not been checked in but within 15 minutes I had a receipt and a phone call of apology from corporate (and not the store owner). Thank you Heather in the call center. If I rent another truck from this location I would ensure the guy checks the truck in before I leave.

I was told if I was late on the return, I'd be taken care of regarding my one day rental. I got it back prior to next business day, but was charged for 2 days instead. Will not rent from this location again. And I have another rental need coming up.

I drove the truck 102 miles. The fuel gauge stayed on full until i was nearly finished with my move. It then dropped rapidly to 3/4. When i returned the rental, i filled the tank at the uhaul location (a BP station) 11+gallons of fuel. I tried to top off a few times. The gauge stayed at 3/4. I explained to the agent upon return. He wanted me to try to fill it again, which infuriated me. He basically told me it had never been a problem and i could call u-haul if there was a problem. The pick-up agent was great. The return agent i would not recommend for a customer service position anywhere.

When attempting to pick up the uhaul the associate kept asking for the TM number which was not available to us. All we had was the confirmation number. Then when returning it they told us we were done so we left. The next day we are getting calls stating we didn't return the equipment. We returned it before the time it was due and it wasn't until I was emailed and I responded with the time and date that we received the receipt. It had us freaking out because there wouldn't have been anything we could do. The associate needs to be trained better.

Rented a 9-foot cargo van from them for a total of 2 days did a small amount of driving in that time to return the van clean and full of fuel to find out I have a $223 total bill with the accusation that I drove +200 miles which is mathematically impossible given the amount of time i had the van when i wasnt working or sleeping. Uhaul I don't believe is the problem I believe it's the store owner who ran up the mileage on my bill. Proceed with caution with this establishment.

Trucks were crammed in and attendant on duty is watching the store so unavailable. Had to move 3 other trucks to get mine out after waiting in the store several minutes to resolve some backend problem. Reservation system confirmed I had a 20' truck for two days with appliance dolly but ended up with 15' truck with no dolly resulting in more trips and thus more miles including a wasted attempt to drive to South Lebanon (completely unhelpful store) to try to find a dolly. Sanjay (on phone) was helpful with all he could do but unfortunately that was not much. So in summary - bill was higher than expected due to mileage charges, not sure if I got billed for the bigger truck/missing dolly or not. When I reserved truck online, they also shipped me a lock which I do not need/want/or wish to pay for.
