I return the truck on a Saturday (One day earlier) and they did not check it in till Wed and I was charged 2 days extra for the rental. This is robbery.hector M.

I reserved this truck 2 months ago. 2 days before my scheduled pickup, the pick up time changed to 3 hours later. The pickup location was also changed. Mattress place people arrived late. I was not given a dolly that I paid for. Truck only had 1/2 tank of gas. Horrible experience.Leticia L.

I was over charged in not only the daily rental amount, mileage and insurance. Drove less than 34 miles and charged for 126 miles. Told on day of call to customer service I would receive a response in 72 hours... 5 says later still no response. In total I paid $221 for a truck rental that should have cost less than $80. This is the second time I've been charged for services I did not use. Very disappointed with my overall experience.Chris K.
Their transaction desk is all the way to the back of their show room which is cluttered with furniture. It would be easier to have desk in front of store, and easy access to trucks through store. People were nice enough.SHARON C.
I called the number to drop off the truck and was told to leave the keys in the truck and on one came out to receive the truck. No mileage, damage or inspection of any kind. Worst service I have ever had and will never use them again, further more I will never recommended anyone to this location. I strongly advise U-Haul to reconsider having them as an outlet. There is not a key drop anywhere on the building so after hour drop off is not possible. And now I am being overcharged for mileage that the truck was never driven I sent in photos of the odometer and still it was not handled in the correct way. I am waiting for an answer form U-Haul corporate to resolve the discrepancy.Charles K.

Truck was filthy, exterior and interior. Some papers on the dash, wrappers and left over fast food under the seats inside the truck.Steven M.
The person I called in order to return the vehicle told me he would call again and he did not. I went to the store and told me to drive the vehicle at the back. It took me a while to look for a person to receive the key and vehicle. I was told that I would receive an email but I did not as of this time. Poor service, they are more interested in their mattress business.isabelo C.
