I reserved a truck and received confirmation 2 days prior. I showed up to initial location and was told truck was broken. I called CS and was referred to the West Park address which was very nice. However, the agent told me I can leave my vehicle parked in their lot and return the truck in a lot which was about a 2 minute walk back. Upon returning the truck, I check the app and I'm told my dropoff location is 15 minutes away. I called CS and was literally on hold for over an hour and the representative was not helpful nor could he get a supervisor on the line. I returned the truck and took the appropriate pictures and had to pay for a lyft back to my car. Overall a very frustrating experience.Jeffriy G.
Horrible service,I wouldn't recommended this store to anybody.First I got charge $41 and now I got charge $20 more dollars and I don't know why.I delivered the truck on time and put gas on it before I deliver it.When I arrived to the place at 4 pm the store was closed and it was supposed to be open until 6 pm.I try to do the key return online but the website didn't work,I called to customer service and they said to me â€œjust drop the key in the drop box â€œ.Thank you guys for make me waste my time and steal my money.Norge L.
Better communication and accessibility. My reservation was changed and when I call to clarify I could never get hold of anyone. There was no dolly for which I paid extra and the nice guy at the body shop had to loan me his personal dolly. And the uhaul was empty when I got it.Kristin D.
