This where I was directed to drop off. Website said open. But when I got there I called and was told they are not open on Tuesday or Thursday. I had to check myself in and take pics. Compares to going to Wal-Mart, shopping, then being forced to self check, bag your own groceries, load the car, unload the car, etc. Worked out but not what I prefer.

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. The manager was very helpful, friendly and knows his stuff. He really went the extra mile to make sure our move was as easy and smooth as possible. Driving the 26' truck was scary at first but actually really easy to maneuver over were got the hang of it. The truck was like brand-new at 3,000 miles.

Guy tried to charge an extra $100 said for deposit but when I called the uhaul 800# I was informed I didn't need a deposit

The previous occupant had a dog in the cab. It was really stinky for the entire duration of my rental, and there was dog hair everywhere. I could also barely see out of the windshield because it was littered with bugs. Adjusting the side mirrors meant needing an immediate hand wash due to all the dead bug residue.

Not easy to find, 2 different buildings on 2 different roads and no mention of uhaul. Not very well lit, key return box was hard to find as it is in the dark, no lighting

You really should update your system on quotes. I spent countless hours trying to get a quote with my discount emailed me prior to pick up day and never got one. This caused me undue stress and frustration on the pickup day. So much so that I am highly considering using another company for my next 2 loads.

Very convenient using mobile phone to check out. FYI there is a leak in this trailer. One of my pictures got some water damage. Some boxed clothes got wet.

There was confusion at the start. First of all the truck I reserved was not there. I get a call from another U-haul agent who stated the truck I reserved was not available. WTF Fortunately, somebody failed to pick up a previously reserved truck which I was able to get. Things went smoothly after that.

I want to say that this isn't a criticism of the Eldon facility; it's a criticism of Uhaul in general. The Eldon facility was fine and the staff was very nice and helpful. But this place was out in the middle of nowhere surrounded by winding and gravel roads. I had to drive over an hour to get there from where I lived. I made a reservation online in advance and by the time I was ready for a truck, there were none available to me in my hometown. Although the truck worked great and I'm thankful to the employee who found it for me, I don't think it's fair to let someone rent a truck that's not available--or at least give more than 24 hours notice if something has gone awry. Talk about a panic attack...

Only improvement I would suggest is grading the drive ... with my car there are large ruts- water runoff areas made it a bit difficult to get in.

Excellent service! Fast, friendly and efficient! Storage facilities are gated and monitored by video surveillance. Maxi is a good secure facility to store your belongings.
