No problem with the return process.
julie HEverything is on a smart phone. No personal contact with a human. I will never do it like this again. I've used uhaul for 35 years and prefer a regular uhaul store. Double check location as it can be a gas station with homeless sleeping in the back of your uhaul or it's parked in a field.

These employees knew exactly what they were talking about and helped us when we had Uhaul related questions. Absolutely wonderful customer service from this place and because of this experience we plan to use them for any type of service we need in the future, whether it’s uhaul related or something related to their main businesses!
Richard SI do not authorize the $25 cleaning fee, as we returned this truck in substantially better condition and smell, as opposed to when we picked it up from UHaul Mile High Station in Denver. The truck was also fully broom swept upon return. It was conveyed to the same UHaul location that our mirror was a liability and danger, to which we were told to fix it ourselves. This mirror needed a tool purchased to tighten it to stay in place, as it had a free swivel, making it impossible to ever see down the passenger side. We paid for moving blankets, to be told as we loaded into the truck that they were out and were offered an extra utility dolly? Finally, the return location in Valdosta, which was never changed from the original order, and selected within the app for the return - was apparently the wrong location, according to our call from Daryl in Valdosta. We were also hung up on twice by the call center in our attempt to have all of this rectified, as the app refused to close our orders and show that the equipment had been returned. This has been an extremely poor experience in every way, making your return customer deal with such poor service during a pandemic and Memorial Day weekend. We will not be liable for one single additional fee than the original amount paid in Denver. The charge will be disputed with our bank, and we will be receiving a refund of a percentage of the asinine inflated amount we paid for this short rental. $4700. 6 days. Abysmal. However, Samantha at Mile High Statiom was amazing to work with. Highly appreciated. This feedback will be left on Yelp, Google and Facebook - any pertinent and trusted sites - with photos. We expect the $33.08 for a (cleaning fee) returned immediately, and a significant discount of at least 15% of our initial or we will take further action for predatory practices. I expect a call by end of business, Eastern Time, 6/7/2021with details confirmed.

KIMBERLY WI was texted to drop off at this location- which I did on Saturday , Jan 9- The place was closed, but had a drop box for key and contract- there were no other indsrtucions given or posted about taking picture of mileage, etc or who to call that it was delivered ahead of time, but I was charge an additional $20 for not followings insruction I was not given - very porr customer service- not everyone has a smart phone or is as tech savy as u require. I made it through 4 degreees in my education with ech support- I did it the old fashion way and reserached, read directions and taked to people,

Kelly AI’d like to begin by stating I was forwarded to this location after waiting at the initial pick up point for over an hour. Now, after arriving at the second location, I finally receive the truck I reserved. Running over an hour behind I quickly do a walk around inspection then head to my storage unit. Once I arrive to my storage unit I realized that the furniture dolly I requested had not been placed in the truck. At this point I had already arrived to the storage unit and had wasted over an hour trying to get a truck so instead of driving back to get a dolly I was forced to do much of the lifting manually. Overall just not a pleasant experience.

Tamecia FDaryle and Jennifer are great! I saw some negative reviews about charging for a cleaning fee so I wanted to speak up. If you are charged a fee you deserved it and you are just mad. I wasn't charged a fee. I left the truck with a little dirt from my shoes and lovebugs on the truck. Jennifer said she never charges for that type of stuff because it's of course difficult for customers to return it in pristine condition. She only charges for really dirty or if you smoked in the truck. They are Super friendly and go the extra mile. They have free snacks, cold water, and hot coffee for their customers every day. The office is super clean always. I come in a couple times a month because of their other business with the U-haul, so if you put on your review the lot wasn't clean then I know you probably left your truck when they were closed and didn't even go inside and are lying because you are mad. Right now with coronavirus they are sanitizing the doors, chairs, pens, and every surface in between every customer which makes me feel better because I'm older. Trust me, if you want to rent a U-haul, this is the place. Daryle and Jennifer are honest people that would give the shirt off their backs to someone. Don't listen to the couple of unhappy people. They are busy all the time, just most happy people don't leave a review.

Jackie Heveryone needs to watch your credit card because they changed my card $25 and it said cleaning . I called u haul said they will look into it and call me back. Still waiting. I will call my credit card and haut the charge. So I recommend that you check your card and make sure you get any ad on charge.

Dwight SI called the place where I had planned to drop the tow dolly but they did not guarantee anyone being there to help me at 5:30 - though they closed at 6. I called the helpline and Darrell was suggested. I called HIM and he said, "Now that I know you are coming, Mr. McCurdy, I will stay 'till you get here. Well... I hustled so he would not have to miss dinner and he was just FABULOUSLY helpful and kind. All in all - a challenging journey but well equipped and served by the U-Haul team from Houston to Georgia.
