The U-Haul app was a disappointment. It timed me out because I was stuck in traffic and couldn't arrive on site quickly enough to confirm my vehicle and it wouldn't allow me to reconnect. This is a bug U-Haul ought to fix.

Charged $15 for 3 of the 12 blankets I returned were not folded. Never said they would do that and I assumed they would check them before repacking them anyway (Which I am sure they do, what if they were ripped and folder?). Also, other thing I was not told, when returning after hours, you must return online while you are on site. I returned early but system prompted that trailer was due the next morning. That is when I learned I should have returned online.

I reserved a truck in Hudson but was not notified until last minute that my reservation had been moved to another location. As the rental is paid on a per mile basis, I find it unprofessional to move my reservation to another location after guaranteeing my reservation.

Uhaul did not confirm site of drop off till day before I picked up truck even though I mentioned where was convenient. Maynard was nice. dropped of truck after hrs and was a terrible experience. Sure I did something wrong. Unfortunate

Very easy drop off with exceptional help. It appears most locations are based at other company's (garages/storage rentals etc) This drop off in Maynard Mass was great even the non UHaul folks were helpful! In and out very quickly.

This evening, I had a reservation for a 10-foot U-Haul truck at 6:30 p.m. in Acton, MA. While my partner and I were driving to pick up the U-Haul truck, we received notice at 6:24 p.m. that our reservation was changed to Lowell, MA, nearly 35 minutes away. As this was the first time that I was notified that our reservation had been changed, I immediately contacted U-Haul to see what could be done. I spoke with a scheduling representative, Georgia who explained that they attempted to contact me to alert me of the change, but were unsuccessful. As obtaining the u-haul was a time sensitive matter, Georgia offered very little solutions to the issue and continuously stated that there was nothing that could be done. Fortunately, I presented the idea of a different sized vehicle and we resolved the issue during the phone call. The issue that I have with the representative and u-haul is the lack of transparency to alert us of the change in an appropriate timeframe and causing us to make sudden changes to our plans. I wish to have this problem raised, as I intend to use u-haul services in the future and do not wish to have this happen again. I am writing you for two purposes: 1. How can we avoid this same issue from occurring in the future and 2. What can be done about this situation to financially reimburse us for these complications? Let's see... nothing, really. Frank was friendly, polite, and very helpful. He showed me what I needed to know, helped me with some questions, and didn't hurry me. If I need another U-Haul, I'll be back.
