We went to a U Haul dealer a couple blocks from our location in Mesa Arizona a week from our pick up date, we then received a message that we needed to go 130 miles round trip to pick up the Uhaul trailer that was out in the desert area of Arizona. The dealer there was friendly but the trip was a big surprise and hard to find.
lee bThe People happened to be there on a Sunday and were very wonderful. The code would not work on lock they had to cut it off for us. If they had not been there we would have been up a creek. It was a last minute rental we drove from Tucson when Budget failed to have a truck even though we reserved a month ahead. Will always use uhaul from now on.
