It was very dark with no indication of where to park vehicle and the key box was hard to find in the dark. Not being familiar with the area made it very stressful.

I first have a question! When on my arrival back with the U haul I put more Gas back in the U Haul it was almost on full When I returned it back . when I pick the U haul up itv was almost on E ! So I want to know if I can get some credit on my Gas the next time I used it again . I will be using it again in April ! Can U respond on this please! Thank U ! Overall I would rate it with and A . Clean your equipment !!!! We had to mop the truck out 4 times to get the smell out.

Called as I was turning onto the street and a nice young man met me as I pulled up. He directed me to the parking area, unhooked me and I was ready to go. Great job!

I recommend this location but do not try to do it online go into the store personally. Online is nothing but a run around they will send you all out the way then the day before your pickup they call and say they don't have any uhauls at the location they sending you to. Don't try to rent on line nothing but a headache

After I return end the truck the business keep adding in charges that were never explained! Poor customer service and adding sneaky charges is not good business. Very untrustworthy.
