Jeff RI would hands down recommend McNabbs location; friendly, nice, and had the truck I reserved when I showed up.It was clean and had no issues, unlike at Lower Macungie Self Storage (LMSS), reservation 25031355. Drive the extra miles and go to McNabbs. LMSS was a terrible experience. I originally rented at LMSS and when I showed up, the associate said you were not supposed to be able to rent that vehicle online, it's not available. I explained I had a reservation, but she said it didn't matter, they didn't have the truck. She was rude from the start. I said my reservation says guaranteed and she remarked, Uhaul does not guarantee the truck, time, or location of a rental. If I wanted a truck, I would have to drive to another location. I didn't have the time that day so I left and called 800 number for Uhaul. That associate was understanding and explained LMSS was wrong, cancelled res and refunded me the advertised $50 guarantee. I would have left this review for that reservation but since it was cancelled, I cannot leave a review, so adding it to McNabbs. In the end, so glad I booked at McNabbs for another day. I will only use McNabbs in the future. Thanks again!

DOREEN TLocation was great but before the pick up date, system moved my reservation twice. Second time was further for me. Luckily I spoke to Rubin at U Haul, he fixed it.

Jerome HInterior of rental was quite dirty and rental had very high mileage on it, over 157,000, plus brakes were noisy so not sure if I would have felt comfortable taking it too far on a long trip without concerns of it having trouble. Location and customer service was great overall.

al lThe only problem I have is the gas gauge read 7/8 full. I went 1 mile and it went down over a an eighth of a tank. I do have pictures to prove that. At the cost of gas I find this very disheartening. They fill up to 7/8 tank and natural you are going to fill it. They are going to make out quite well. It’s not the location it is Uhaul itself. Rent again from Uhaul not sure.

SUSAN WThe app was an absolute disaster. It demanded I take photos to proceed, and would not respond in any way to the photos I submitted. When I tried to "Add Photo" either nothing at all happened, or the app went inactive. I had to go to the website to complete both the rental and the return. I was late on both ends as a result of trying to use the U-Haul app to rent and return a U-Haul truck.

dominic mInterior was filthy- obviously had. It been cleaned for some time. Ground in dirt in the seats , dash surfaces were all dusty , it was obvious this was not cleaned for some time
MATTHEW MWhen you return the truck they put more miles then what you actually drove to charge you more. When I went back to verify my mileage they denied me access to view the truck.

dominic mThe van had candy and food stuck to the dashboard that we noticed part way through our trip. The emergency break release button had wires hanging down that made it difficult to use. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just not the best experience I’ve had renting a U-Hahl.
