WHY WASN'T TRANSFER INFO PASSED ON FROM ARIZONA TO INDICATE THE U HAUL WASN'T "STOLEN" WHEN I RETURNED IT TO RETURN TO AZ FOR SECOND U HAUL?

Rodney WUnhappy we reserved a5by8 trailer and had to use a 4 by 8. Why reserved if you do not get the size you want.
William NThe location of the truck is about a mile from the location that you get the keys. Driving back and forth wasted about 30 minutes. I will not recommend uhaul to anybody after this bs. It was cold and we had to run around and then to boot the dealer just has a hand written sign on where to go to get the truck. On the location on the website it states it’s right across the road from a restaurant which is not true. It is actually 1 block over and 3 blocks down. Horrible experience
BRANDY MNo place to park truck and trailer. After I finished the drop off I went to the door and there was sign stating to drive somewhere else to drop off truck. Don’t understand this was the drop off location.
BRANDY MHave a way of checking your vehicle in after hours on the weekends when most places aren't open on Sundays you get charged 2 additional days plus milage for having to drive it to the nearest uhaul station for pick-up and return. Won't be using uhaul in the near future

Scott BWhen I stopped to check on the rental a couple of days before the move, there was no record of my reservation at the local pick-up location. Apparently, the truck I reserved was in Imperial, NE and not McCook where I had requested to pick it up. The local representative, Terry McCorkle, was exceptionally helpful and made sure I had a truck available the day of our move. We were on a very tight timeline since family had flown in to help with getting my mother moved out of state. If I had not decided to stop by two days before the move, I'm not sure if my truck would have been available.

Michael HThe truck and storage area stunk of cigarettes. Nothing was said to mitigate or clean the truck. I would have canceled the rental if there had been another option. In the future I will go to a different location to get a truck.

Jennifer WI picked up the Uhaul and the whole area where you store stuff was covered in dirt. The ramp was caked thick with dirt and gravel. Everything else was fine. When I dropped off the Uhaul at the drop off location, I was asked if there was anything wrong with the truck. I told them about the dirt everywhere, and that it was picked up that way. I just moved and didn’t have any cleaning supplies, and it was also not my mess (and all of my things got covered in dirt), but I was still charged a cleaning fee. Good experience otherwise, but this was frustrating.

Manuel FFirst, I reserved a trailer at least 3 months in advance and I had to drive 1.5 hours from Wray, CO to McCook, NE to pick it up. I didn’t realize this until a few weeks out. I understand but it seems as though there should be some compensation for the inconvenience of adding approximately 3 hours to my move from CO to NV. I was sent down to a different location to p/I the trailer on my own and couldn’t budge it as a Veteran with 100% disability but was able to call the guy to come help and it was still difficult for the two of us. Then the lights didn’t work so it had to be switched to another one. Another gentleman came and handled the switch worth ease but I didn’t realize it but the lights still didn’t work for my trip. The trailer was hooked to my year old 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Very frustrating to say the least. I even called after they told me I’d have to go McCook because I was in Denver the day before and asked about a trailer in Denver or between Denver and Wray. Zero. This issue was not the fault of the McCook store but still feel I should receive some compensation. At least a discount reimbursement for my additional time of 3 hours. Thanks Ray Bailey

DONALD EThe truck had not been swept out and the interior cabin was also very dirty. The staff at the location were very courteous and seemed to not know that the truck was this dirty. The truck also only had 1/2 tsnk of fuel not a full tank like we where told initially. The staff rectified the paperwork to reflect that it only had 1/2 tank.
