A through inspection on each truck needs to be completed every time a truck comes back, the alignment was off and it was having a difficult time shifting the entire way. The tow had a tail light that was missing all of the screws it was taped on. Within hours it was dangling and at my 1st stop to fill up I inspected and found it hanging there. I had to retape it and pray it was not going to fall or fail. I did not receive all the the products I paid for resulting in damage occurring to my furniture.

We arrived just after hours, the mobile check out was not working, I called customer service and after an extensive wait someone finally answered, then disconnected. Very frustrating in the 110 degree heat. The owners of the uhaul return location just happened by and graciously took my key and assured me it would be checked in in the morning. Thank you!

I paid $7.00 for a dolly that was not in the truck. There were no instructions on where to pick up the dolly. I would like a refund if possible since no dolly was used.

The facility was fine but the U-Haul wasn’t good at all the brakes was horrible I felt I wouldn’t stop and crash at any moment and the check engine kept going off and on

I reserved my UHAUL at ARIZONA AVE AND RIGGS in Chandler AZ, the day of pick up I was sent 17 miles away to San Tan Valley. I wasted 2 hours in the process., Arizona and Riggs store Didn’t Try to accommodate my reservation, by suggesting larger truck or getting smaller truck, or simply picking up truck at different time. They had a lot full of rental trucks!!!! RE: ARIZONA/RIGGS LICATION TRAIN YOUR STAFF, to think out of the box. EXAMPLE: if car dolly lights not working, don’t just say, “ There’s a malfunction, have to find another location to send you to pick up another car dolly, HOW ABOUT changing a light bulb first then if that doesn’t work send customers else where!!! Such an EASY FIX!! RE: ARIZONA/RIGGS LOCATION The uhaul car dolly installer needs MORE TRAINING, ESPECIALLY when thinking it’s ok to NOT USE SAFETY chains just cuz he doesn’t know where to put them, if it weren’t for the other person that needed to take quick pictures for PROOF of proper installation, i would have driven 360 miles with no chains as a safety precaution. LACK OR TRAINING AND LACK OF COMMON SENSE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE, WILL NOT RECOMMEND UHAUL to anyone, the company is okay charging fees, when service received has been on a scale of 1-10 a 1 Shame on your employees that don’t think or care of how their actions can effect the safety of the family driving your vehicles. The Ocotillo location just delivered truck and dolly When I asked if my car was going to be placed on dolly , man said we don’t do that people just do that at home, and figure it out!!! That’s my experience with is this location!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am 6 months pregnant and had to drop the trailer off myself. The staff was helpful in taking the trailer off my truck. In addition, the guy was understanding of my inability to back into the area he had instructed me to do so. Thank you! Thank you for your help & for not making me feel dumb because I don’t know how to maneuver a trailer lol
