FYI - I ordered a 26' truck a month in advance. The day before the scheduled pickup I was notified by Uhaul no 26' truck was available. I had sold my home in AZ and moving to OK. The only truck available to me was a 20', which was not large enough to move my belongings. U-Haul left me in a terrible situation. In order to have enough cargo space to complete my move, I was forced to rent this 15' truck at the additional cost of $1179.15. Had I known U-Haul would had left me in this situation, I would have ordered a truck elsewhere. Please refund the unexpected and unnecessary charge for the second truck totaling $1179.15.Jerry M.

I am not happy with your Sossaman and Main Street location, UHaul had text me the morning of pickup after we left the house, I had forgotten my phone, so when we got to the Sossaman and Main Street location they new nothing about our rental, I asked if he he please check it out as I didn't have my phone. Well reluctantly he called and found out the street address, while we were there I looked up address on my husband's phone and several cities with that address appeared, so I asked the UHaul rep which city, his response, I don't know. Well I named off the cities and when I came to Chandler he said that's it, well we drove 28 miles and that was a resident, so we went to the nearest UHaul and they looked it up without a problem and another 17 miles we arrived at the correct location. Needless to say we were not happy. So overall I think UHaul should give us some kind of coupon or refund.Teresa H.

When I picked up the truck it had 1/4 tank of gas. It was returned with 1/4 tank of gas. They still charged me $28.90 for gas. I drove less than 35 miles.Wendy M.

i have rented a trailor 7 times, when i do i only use it for 4 to 5 hrs. i am still charged approx 70.00. its too expensive. i dont even get a brake on the price for how many times i use a trailor and for the short time i use it.Michael S.

COVID-19 protocol? Meet outside rather than have customer into tiny office where one (of 3) employee is coughing and no one wearing masks. Why did I bother checking in online? It would have also been cool to know that furniture dolly was not going to be there so I could have planned in advance. Location was very convenient. Staff was friendly and laid back.Christopher S.

A through inspection on each truck needs to be completed every time a truck comes back, the alignment was off and it was having a difficult time shifting the entire way. The tow had a tail light that was missing all of the screws it was taped on. Within hours it was dangling and at my 1st stop to fill up I inspected and found it hanging there. I had to retape it and pray it was not going to fall or fail. I did not receive all the the products I paid for resulting in damage occurring to my furniture.Nicole S.

We arrived just after hours, the mobile check out was not working, I called customer service and after an extensive wait someone finally answered, then disconnected. Very frustrating in the 110 degree heat. The owners of the uhaul return location just happened by and graciously took my key and assured me it would be checked in in the morning. Thank you!Claudia L.

I paid $7.00 for a dolly that was not in the truck. There were no instructions on where to pick up the dolly. I would like a refund if possible since no dolly was used.Jairo S.
