I had ordered a dolly and when I found there was not one in the truck, I asked the manager on duty about it and he said "Sorry, I don't have one to give you." Didn't offer any other solution.JAMES M.

Let people know that the online pick up requires references before hand so I can tell them to expect a call. I had to wait 20cminutes for verification because I didn't have documents and had to find people that were available to answer the call and I had no idea that the process was going to be complicatedBeau M.

Unfortunately the attendant was not able to help or make a reservation, he alleged that his system was not compatible and requested me to make a reservation online, after making the reservation and being approved, he asked me to check in online, i told him that the system was not allowing me to do so, i asked him to help me but he said that he did not know the system and thay i have to figure it out myself, after calling the 800 number on the website, since I am a hotel manager, i realized that uHaul needs to work on their employees customer service skills, the person on the phone was very rude (probably the way he was saying things was not appropriate), he was talking to me like "you don't know anything so you have to shut up and listen", at the end after 45 minutes i was able to get the vehicle and move my stuffs. I just believe that customer service is missing on the company.Damian U.
WORST U-HAUL EXPERIENCE EVER. It needs to be clear online when booking for this location that it is only 24/7. I booked for in store pick up. The guy at the counter said they cannot check me in due to their computer not being updated. Okay, so I went to my phone tried "checking in through safari". It said I had no reservations. I made a phone call to customer service. And was on the phone for probably 15-20 minutes. They said "problem should be solved." So I went online, tried again. Still didn't show any active reservations. So I downloaded the U-Haul app and it said the same thing. Called dispatch number back and spent another 15-20 minutes on the phone going over the same information I had already gone over! They said the problem was fixed. Go back online and on the app and both still said no reservation. I had to call back AGAIN. Spend another 15-20 minutes on the phone. Finally, the guy at the counter can all of a sudden check me in and give me my keys while U-Haul is on the phone asking both of us questions. Over an hour later while I have a baby in the car. (With the dad, but still an hour in a car with a baby is not easy) also, it should never take an hour to pick up a uhaul. I was furious and I still am over this situation and running late on my move and day light . Then the guy tells me to be sure to return the vehicle using the 24/7 service through the app or I'll be charged. Well, how am I going to use the app when it says I have no active reservations? Returned the truck, but was obviously unable to use the app. Now I'm being charged $99! So I call U-Haul customer service to see the break down of these charges and she tells me I was only charged $53 which will be released/refunded to my card. Plus $39. ($29 for truck + mileage fees) okay. I can deal with that. Well I check my email and find the receipt and it says I am being charged $99. $24.50 for fuel. I refilled PAST half a tank according to the fuel gage. They charged me $24.50 for 7 gallons of gas when gas locally is under $2/gallon. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have witnesses of me filling up past half a tank. This entire situation was absolutely absurd and needs to be resolved!HARLEY B.
The service over the phone with trying to get a refund on products that were not used needs improvement. I talked to someone on the phone the day I rented a uhaul truck and before I left the pick location and still was charged in the end. I get having customers do the rentals online, but when mistakes are made for things not used we should be able to get a refund. This is not right.Janel H.

For some reason I was charged a fuel surcharge when I returned it exactly the same, not sure why this happened. I would of over filled if I knew I would be overcharged like this, just an over all bad experience, never happened in the past.Trevor C.

Blankets were dirty and not folded so that's how I returned them. Guys were nice and friendly. This was the third location I was sent to to get the trailer. Now I'm being charged for another days rental? This isn't right. There was not anyone there to know if I returned it on time or not. I called in to let them know I didn't get my boxes and they posted a time. I've rented from U-Haul numerous times and never been shafted like this before. Very unhappy.ben R.

Only 1 truck was available it it worked for my purpose but more options are needed.maria D.
The parking lot is very small and is shared with a gas station. While we were dropping the truck off, we had to wait for Meineke to move a car out of the spot that the rental truck was supposed to be parked in. At the same time a school bus pulled into the gas station to get filled up with gas - making a small parking lot feel even smaller. U-haul should consider the lot on the north side of Poly webb --- the western side of the lot where the Office Depot is. There are pull through spots far from the shopping center - just a thought.
