Have equipment that’s requested there so no one has to drive out of their way to get it putting them behind in time and fuel cost that aren’t reimbursed

Crystal AThe cab was kind of dirty and the fuel was only barely at the "F", meaning that i had to spend more money on gas ultimately, filling it up before turning it in. It also took about 25 minutes to pick up the rental. Otherwise fine. They gave enough of a mileage buffer to easily complete my trip, and 46 hours of use

ALVIN AThis place DOES NOT need to be a U-haul provider!!! They don't know what they're doing.... took over 30 minutes to get stupid trailer AFTER we did the online check I because we were in a hurry!! They didn't know how to connect everything so asked my husband to do it!! When we returned it.. same thing.... only a girl working there...... and she didn't know how to unhook!! WHY did we pay the exact same amount as we would have at a FULL service u-haul?????? And..we had to get a bigger trailer because they didn't have a 4X8..
David NDrop off ended up going very smooth, and the employee was nice. Started out a little confusing due to not seeing anything indicating this was a uhaul location. There was only 1 other truck.
Elizabeth PVery convenient location for Godfrey. Uhaul representative went out of his way to help me. I've rented twice from him, wouldn't go anywhere else.
Jewel DI was told I would receive a credit for the extra gas I left in it. When I picked it up the truck was nearly empty. When I dropoed it off it was just less than half full. Instead of getting the credit, I was charged and extra 8 dollars for mileage overage. Thecdrop off plave, Melville Dairy said " We dont do that". SO No Ill never use them again.
Boyd WSuper impressed on how fast they took care of us. We needed service fast and they delivered. Staff is very friendly this is the second time we’ve used this location will use it again for sure.

James SYour employees do not know how to operate the software and it took me nearly an hour to check in. They tried twice and couldn’t do it. So finally I checked in online and that worked. It should not be this hard. They were super nice about it it was a giant waste of my time. Please come up with a better system to check people in.

Dennis HI had a reservation to pick up my truck 3 miles from my destination and had to go almost an hour out if my way to get the truck i ordered. I had reserved the truck almost 2 weeks ahead of time. I did nit receive any compensation for the extra miles i had to drive. The location itself and the man working there was nice.

Lori DAfter driving there sales person lied to me said equipment was already rented. Called back. Other salesperson said they weren't rented so had to drive back. Even he didnt know how to rent it out. Trailer needed some serious attention. East alton location. Much better place and equipment
Zane HI had to go to this location as a last minute switch initiated by uhaul. The place was dirty. I had to wait 30+ minutes for my rental due to a vehicle carrier being attached to my rental. I did not need the vehicle carrier and the clerk on duty didn’t know how to disconnect it. So I had to wait for a manager to get there. I received the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas, when this was a non-local rental. I had to stop to get gas 30 minutes into my trip. All in all, it was frustrating.

Deborah MAgent was friendly and respectful of my time. The truck itself "pulled"to the right, -which I reported. Front end didnt handle bumps well. But we made the trip of moving my daughter from NC ti Il without incident and I'm glad Uhaul was there to help make that happen.
Terry DMonday night after a very long day of moving, i went in to drop off my keys to the Uhaul. The Blonde guy at the counter had no idea what he was doing. He tried to find my order for over 20 minutes. Anytime another customer would come in he would tell me to wait and go check them out (which i did not mind at first). He finally called his boss and tried to work it over the phone.. still no luck. Then a crowd of people came in.. of course he has to tend to those customers so they dont have to WAIT. Well i finally gave up after 30 minutes of waiting. Told him that i had paid through the app earlier and asked if he needed anything from me. He said Nope! And i left. I will most likely never be using the APP for "convience" again.
