had no help in parking the equipment and had to unhook it by myself and without any one around. As it worked out for me that i unloaded the trailer in one city and had too travel about 50 miles empty across the dfw metro to reach my drop off location.Other than the above the equipment was clean and easy to pickup.Steven K.

The needed furniture dollies were not available. However, this is not their fault. It is U Haul Corporate's fault. I made my reservation online weeks in advance and paid online. On move day, U Haul corporate sent me to a physical site where there was no 26' truck available. The 26' foot truck was rented out the day before and there was not another 26' within 35 miles of my move site. U- Haul's online website and 1-800 number is useless!!!!! U-Haul gave a $50 credit because my truck was not there.....what a joke. My family and I had to scramble to make a plan. U Haul was pathetic!!! I will NEVER use U-Haul again. U-Haul is the worst and will be sharing on social media.Todd L.

My only complaint is the trailer I rented was hard to pickup by yourself and I had to have two friends come help me unhook it, cause I couldn't pick it up off the hutch of my car.Timothy H.
Check the trucks and have equipment ready , the poor lady inside was as confused as we were. The online check in did not work, truck was dirty, scratched up and not a full tank of gas. Absolute cluster trying to rent from uhaul, so disappointed.Destiny J.

I was charged 4 times my initial quote. I Tried everything to make sure my very short tow would be perfect. Just to be Let down, overcharged, charged without my permission and now i will have to litigate with 3 separate businesses to ensure that others do not get ****** ** *** *** as well.taylor A.
The truck was not there. We had to go to Rhome to pick up the truck, and they did not have the appliance dolly we ordered. So we went to the original location to pick it up. Probably not their fault, but it did delay the beginning of our very long day.Larry W.

I was sent 200 miles round trip to pickup a trailer past my location & I was sent to a location that didn't exist & was told was open until 7:00 pm got there at 4:30 pm not even a U-Haul location waist of my time the one I got was the only one therePatsy R.

Check online to make sure that the locations are actually open. At first dealing with this company was rather difficult, because there was conflicting information being received. It was annoying speaking to customer service representatives to answer the phone who knew nothing of the location I was using. Once , I escalated the call it was taken care by a manager, and I was rather pleased with the outcome.Michele N.

The owner didn't know how to give out a uhaul. And just told me go find the one I wanted and take it. Keys are in it. He didn't walk out with me or anything and I had to help him with the computer work for renting the uhual to me. Then when I bring it back I go inside to let him know it's back and thinking he is gonna walk around it and check it out and nothing. Not only did I get charged for extra gas even though when I brought it back it was past the halfway mark which was how I received it. Just barely past the halfway mark so I get charged an extra 9.40 for 2 gallons when gas is only 2.39 doesn't add up. Not at all a good experience and he uhaul sounded like the engine was gonna blow up while driving it.christopher Q.

the truck I rented needs a front end alignment, URGENTLY. the truck would not be a comfortable or easy drive on a cross country or cross state move. I was constantly fighting the steering wheel to maintain my travel lane. No problems otherwise.STANLEY R.

My overall experience with this UHaul location was very poor. First, the 5'x8' cargo trailer, that was leased to me, without the representative going out to verify the condition of the trailer, had nearly a flat tire. When I went back inside to tell the representative that it was low and asked if they had a way of putting air in the tire. She replied that they did not. Luckily, I lived only 8 miles from this location and used my personal air compressor to fill the tire but that set me back by sending in the opposite direction of where I needed to go to load the trailer. All in all, I had the trailer 4 days and had to put air in the tire everyday. I returned the trailer four days later, to the same location and mentioned again the issue with the tire. They said that they would put the trailer "out of service". Something that should have been done before it was given to me! This location should just concentrate on selling their antique nick nacks and get out of the business of leasing UHauls! It's locations such as this, that is giving UHaul a bad rep!ROBERT H.

Simple accident occured in which we are yrying to get taken care of. Trailer was thought to have been fastened down by location attendant but durinf my travel to pick up a car with the Uhaul car trailer (not tow dolly), the fastening mechanism for the ball mount cam undone and crashed my tail gate. Tail gate is screwd and thank God it was before picking up the car and not after. They are trying to figure out how to compensate me for my loss on my tailgate and I'm still just glad no one got hurt. Let's see if they get my tail gate fixed and I will elaborate on my opinuon of Uhaul and their vendors.RICHARD G.

It took 1 1/2 hrs to pick-up a truck; no one else in line. The another hour to hitch towing to truck/car. This process was done incorrectly. The windows were not washed on the big truck and a very rough ride.JADE S.

Had a pick-up time of 12:00pm, arrived @11:30am, on 12/30. Truck wasn't ready, only because the truck was stuck in the mud. Also, during reservation, was quote a price with a dozen of blankets and the gentleman even read off what I had requested, but when it was time to look the truck over, he told me that he didn't have any blankets and I questioned it he just changed the subject. SO...when I called U-Haul, they just told me they couldn't see the receipt of what I picked up, so maybe they didn't charge me. Well, I still haven't had the opportunity to look at my reservation and the receipt together...but I was quoted 334 some odd change, and was charged, 334 some odd change....so....you tell me. Also, reserved for one town pickup, another location in a town further away was where I had to pick up the truck. U-Haul didn't adjust the mileage, still had to use the same miles. The truck windshield had to be cleaned on the inside and even I couldn't get it exactly clean. It was cleaner than when I picked it up....I couldn't see through the windshield driving at night. I'm not happy!!!CHUCK G.
