The truck needed front end work bad. If someone were driving it with a little less driving skill it could be a problem. Especially in traffic. The people behind the counter were good to me. I appreciated that.

Inform the customer that they won't be able to rent a truck with an out-of-state license. It does not say this anywhere online. Have the equipment ready by the pickup time scheduled online. I had to wait 45 minutes and I was the only customer.

My truck rental service was wonderful. Maria knows customer service unlike some of her counterparts. My experience with my storage rental was such an unpleasant encounter that I vowed never to use Uhaul again ever in life. Then I met David, he helped correct and make the challenges better to the point I will at least consider using Uhaul again.

I had an excellent U-haul experence from Metro25, and many thanks to their dispatch lady Maria. She was awesome. Thank You for taking care of me the way they did. I will deffinitly be dealing with Metro25 next time I need another truck. I also really appreciated the fact that they had free popcorn available to their customers, my kids really got a kick out of it.

great staff, very friendly. the only bad part is that uhaul sent me to the wrong location miles away first. No phone call notification of a change of location. They said they "tried" to send an e-mail. good location. bad uhaul.

The information I revived in the store was completley different from I revived online. When I ordered and entered in my credit card number, uhaul.com mentioned nothing about a $100 deposit and it said Metro 25 had 24 hr drop off. If Friday and Saturday are the two busiest movif days of the week, why would someone that works be required to keep a uhaul truck until Monday? It's a big inconvience. I revived a city ordinace ticket this weekend for having a commercial truck outside of my house. The $100 deposit need to be placed online or in the small print, because getting there and having a big fine thrown on you is unprofessional and wrong. Please take these issues in consideration.

The respresentative was very rude upon initial meeting. She informed us that the truck was only available until 4 p.m. when we requested a 6 hour timeframe. Even though she allowed us to keep the truck over the weekend, her tone and attitude was not friendly. After we completed the move, we kept the truck parked because of the mileage rate. All necessary information about the reservation was not communicated to us. We made our reservation on line and were unaware of the additional fees involved in the rental. We did not receive a call back, as promised when we reserved the truck. We finally called the 800 number to confirm, and were not told about any additional fees. All future customers should make sure they know the total cost involved in the rental.
