They charged me a bogus cleaning fee of $15 when the car trailer was returned in exactly the same condition as before. There was nothing to clean. It was a car trailer. I won’t rent from there again.

Robert CThis location is claiming we drove more miles than we did, & that we didn't replace the gas in the vehicle. This is an outright lie considering I replaced the gas AT THIS LOCATION 3 minutes before I gave the keys back. I have transaction history from my bank, this location, and Shell themselves, yet I've yet to hear back from U Haul regarding a refund even after providing this information. This is AFTER 2 locations we had reservations at failed to provide. So it also looks like U Haul lies about that policy as well.
Lloyd NMake sure rental is sanitized and windows are cleaned. I couldn’t confirm if any of this was done but overall my pickup went well.
