The parking was minimal. The facility we dropped off told us we owed more money when we were told that we wouldn't unless we went over the miles by the rental facility. The computer program wasn't working correctly and she had to use her phone. Gas stations were not convenient for refilling the tank before drop off. Also, when we rented the truck it was below 1/2 tank and we were told to present the receipt for what we had to put in it; the drop off facility had no record of this and made us go put the tank up to 1/2 tank. Our issues were addressed by the personnel, but still wasn't the best experience.

I reserved trailer from Ashley at Glasgow storage for a one way from Edmonton to her location only being she didn't have a trailer. Dealing with Ashley has been always 100% the Best dealing with associates at the 800 number has not always been satisfactory MFS alliance was ok. Although my preference is doing buiss with Ashley athe Glasgow storage premier storage Solutions LLC

The drop of was also perfect. On a Sunday now one was there but it was a peace of cake to drop of. So easy. The whole process was smooth. Trailer was smooth. Good equipment like you have is the key. You will have people you can't please. ??

The lady who handled my turn in was very friendly and said thank you for renting with U-Haul. It was also interesting to look at baby chicks in their store while she checked the fuel, mileage, and cleanliness.

I was sent to this location which was about 60 miles out of my way. And then I had to drop off the truck another 25 miles out of my way. I am really disappointed in your company and I don't think I will ever do business with you again. Very poorly done
