Send them elsewhere for service. Michael Cole Enterprises told me that they did not have my vehicle. He actually had two of them in the front lot. A man walked in and handed him a key and he told me it was my lucky day, but he now had a vehicle for me when actually, he now had two. He also requested that I bring the vehicle back to him and not drop it off in Kennett Square where I had originally asked to drop it off because he said he had to have it back. Not what I would call a customer oriented type person.

JOHN VOSSDid the mobile service and this was annoying. After getting there it took me about 30 mins just going through the steps to proceed. Half the questions they should have done prior like pictures of your driver license front and back for them to get an approval. them to verify with another person besides you.. this is all things that should have been done when you booked. Very annoying and most like won"t use that program again because of this delay

Peter FontaineI made a reservation for 11:30. I was there at 11:30. After about 8 minutes a young man (read 10 year old) came out and said that the gentleman that rents the equipment went to the bank and would be back in 10 min. So cool. I started hooking up the dolly myself and filling out my drivers license info for the upload. So 10 minutes go by and nothing changed. Hanging out wondering why I made a reservation and waiting……so it should be 11:48 when he’s back and ready to give me the ok right. Yea going to a bank on a Friday at 11:30, or earlier, on the last business day of the year. No one is gonna be there right? Anyway as you can see from the rental agreement he got it started at 12:14. Printed and signed at 12:18. Went out to check out trailer and I had hooked up the chains incorrectly and needed to fix it prior to leaving. (My fault). Try hooking up to a 2020 or newer 250 and see how the hooks work. Whaaaaa. Anyway. The gentleman was and is a nice guy but I guess for a $50 rental why wait to go to to bank and I get it. Stuffs expensive these days and you gotta make hay while the sun shines. Equipment was fine and in good shape. Trip went as expected and the same guy checked me back in the following day when I returned the dolly. He was nice and pleasant just as the day before. That’s my story.
