Upon picking up the vehicle I had to wait for the vehicle to be checked back in before I could leave with it. Once getting to my moving location I opened up the back and immediately knew something was wrong. The back of the truck was wet inside and had a horrible odor of urine. It was so bad that I had to leave the back open while it was raining. I had to lay multiple layers of blankets down so that my items being moved didn't contact the floor. I was extremely dissatisfied with the product and probably won't rent again. I feel as if I should have gotten this rental for free instead of paying for it. ðŸ¤¬ðŸ¤¬John H.

Used the Uhaul app to make reservations for the uhaul truck, when returning the truck, the app nor the website would not accept a photo of the fuel guage/odometer, I tried for over 30 minutes to get it to work, called Uhaul, was on hold forever, no one ever answered. So I put the key back in the bed of truck, and put the padlock on it. I had no way to contact anyone about the return. Next morning I find out I was charged $162.00 on top of the original $110 because they said I didn't return it till morning and didn't refill it. I have a pic of the odometer and fuel meter to prove that it was returned with fuel and the time I returned it. Total rip off!!!! Your app and website are a joke, but I'm not laughing.!TARA E.

I left the gas about an 1/8 lower than what it was when I got the vehicle. The reason for this was because the only gas station that I found in the area that had gas only allowed a ten gallon purchase due to the pipeline that was hacked feeds this area and no one has gas. So not only did I rack up extra mileage trying to find gas I also got charged an extra $8.50 for two gallons of gas that I was short. Considering how close I had the gas to the original point and that we are currently in a gas shortage to get charged for that is pretty crappy of uhaul to do. I put in the effort and went to six different gas stations putting extra mileage on the truck that I was charged for and then got charged for the gas not being all the way to the original point. So yeah if that is how uhaul is going to conduct business I'll probably refer people elsewhere.Jerry G.
