Sunny Hudson was amazing and super helpful to me when I needed to get a move done at the last moment. She made the entire process so so easy and painless. The Uhaul app is terrible, and had it not been for great customer service from Sunny at Michigan Mini Storage, I would have not been able to retrieve the key for my van. Also, checking out with the van was inefficient as well. Also the locks are hard to use and read. Pathetic.

Merrel SYour new drop off process is absolutely terrible and is burdensome to the user and is extremely unfair for individuals who have difficulty operating a combination lock. Also, there is no alternative if a customer is not phone app savvy, or if your phone has no charge. It’s likely an unethical process to put so much burden on the consumer to navigate a lengthy and complicated drop off procedure.
KEVIN KThe original location of the uhaul wasn’t available, had to wait in the middle of a very dangerous area at 10pm while someone got jumped cause there was no transportation for us. The uhaul wasn’t available and we had to go to another location just to still have to pay 400 dollars for a truck that I didn’t originally want. Not to mention, this vehicle had very poor ac that only worked half of the time, and a mirror that wouldn’t stay in one place so it felt dangerous to switch lanes. We tried contacting the area manager for the location we rented from, but 3 days later and we’re still unable to contact her. I would like a refund.

emirada sI was lied to about pricing and then when someone called me back they didn’t even try to be understanding or figure it out and solve my issue they just called me to tell me what the policy was and then I asked about the equipment because it was acting funny I was accused of things and had words put together that I didn’t even say. He refused to listen and he was a manager! Extremely unprofessional!!!!!!

NORRIS SGreat and well organized process for rental management. Only problem was that I tried to book on line, was bumped out of the app, and made the reservation on the phone. Interestingly, though I got no notification, the online reservation was actually booked. They called me to find out why I wasn't there.

SYLVI WThis was my most favorable, and pleasant experience with Uhaul. The lady at this location, was very attentive and accommodating. Thus, did an excellent job to ensure the stress of moving, was appeased. The first day of my move, my mover was taken away in a abulance. Which resulted in me requiring to keep the truck, for an extra day. The truck I had, was scheduled, for another customer. She immediately, called another location, and made arrangements for the other movers, to obtain an alternative truck, from another location. And, even gave me a mask; as I left my mask at home, in the hast of my movers emergency. I was extremely pleased, with her willingness to assist. Which enabled my move to go smoothly. She had excellent customer service. A compassionate, and genuine nature. And is an asset, to your company! Please ensure, she is recognized. For her excellent work ethic, and commitment to be of great service, to your customers.

Richard MTook me over an hour to actually be able to drive the truck off the lot, from the time I got there. And this was after my reservation was changed due to my original location no longer having the inventory that I had signed up for.
Matthew SLocation was 20 minutes away from desired location. It took over 30 minutes to get keys (even through all order details were completed online prior to arriva) because staff member couldnt figure out how to properly bill. Location was not inviting.
