We are 69 and 72 years old. We serve God and do not LIE OR CHEAT people out of money. Saying we drove 620 miles is just plain crazy. It would have been impossible. WE picked the truck up in Monroe La. drove to Pertshire Ms and back to rosedale Ms to turn in the truck.I doubt we drove 200 miles. We may owe you for 20 or 30 miles but no more. We tried to get the guy in Rosedale to recheck it but he wouldn't answer our call and his helper wouldn't tell him we called. We thought we could trust the company. We have witnesses that helped us unload the truck that will prove where we were the whole time. Just investigate you will find the truth. We don't mind paying what we owe but GOD knows we don't owe that. Please

I left 3-4 blankets piled up (didn't know I had to fold) and we had a cup full of dog food that had spilled and was moved to the back right of the inside to pickup and throw away. I forgot to sweep/remove this small amount of trash, we got finished very late unloading as I forgot to remove. My mistake. I got an invoice Monday that stated I was charged a $25 cleanup fee. I spoke to the lady on duty and told me the property manager checked the truck in and that it was unaccectable. She went in and folded the few blankets in the pile and the little bit of trach/dog food. She told me she would not have charge me for this issue. I couldn't talk to the manager who charged me. I sent a reply email to the bill he sent me and I stated I needed to talk to him. He asked me to supply a number so we could discuss. I told him it was on the invoice and I would appreciate a call to discuss. IT NEVER HAPPENED Very unprofessional and disappointing!!!!!!!! Kerry P Gaspard 225-931-4807
