I found the address for drop off, but business had changed hands and name was different than on contract. There was a key drop box, but no person onsite during business hrs for checking-in the truck. I called UHaul and was transferred to a different agent where I explained my confusion. They told me to take lots of pictures and to lock the truck and I left my rental agreement with the keys in the drop box. The agent said notes would be added to my agreement. Two days later I checked the UHaul app and there was no record of my dropping off the truck the day I picked it up. Next day I get an email from UHaul saying I had not dropped off the truck. I immediately called UHaul and explained the situation to the agent. They transferred me to another agent and I had to explain for a third time about the drop off location. This final agent said a district manager would track down the truck and get my contract closed out. I had to ask how long this might take (manage my expectations please), hoping it could be finalized and closed by the end of the week. This agent assured me that was a reasonable expectation. Yesterday, Thursday I got the email indicating the contract was closed out with no additional cleaning or gas charges. I was relieved to get this communication! Not the best experience, additional worry for me. Hindsight would have me use a different drop off site still in business.
Nancy LThe lady at the drop off location was great! She showed me where to leave the cargo (enclosed) trailer. She also was helpful and the whole process took 5 minutes or less!

Kimberly HI needed the truck a day longer and I looked all over the website after I logged on and never did find where I could let y’all know I needed the truck another day! I called one time and stayed on the phone sautéing for 30 minutes. I called a different number and got pretty quick service. Make it easier to add another day.
WIlliam HThe cab of the truck leaked. We were moving over a couple of very rainy days, and we got wet loading the truck and riding in the truck. The first day, it rained on my son in the passenger seat. The second day, it started raining on me in the driver’s seat.

Robert KI used this facility for years without any problems or issues. The manager is amazing. She was always friendly as well as knowledgeable. During my time their I was always made to feel like I was a priority. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for safe/clean/secure storage.

Tula WIndicate on all contracts what location rental items are to be returned. (I had a separate contract for appliance dolly, & I returned the dolly with the truck. It was not checked in at the return location & assumed by uhaul that it had not been returned.)
