this dealer saw 1/4 tank and charged us to fill it up plus a fuel fee, we should have been able to rent it out full and return full but the Joplin location would not fill the truck so we brought it back as it was picked up with 1/4 tank as written on the contract issue is with Joplin not Tallassee all stores should be doing the same out full in full avoid the mess and extra fees it was returned 1/4 full as it was picked up

When we arrived to pick up the truck, no one was there. My husband had to call someone to come give us the truck. The guy who came didn't know how to use the computer and we ended up being charged twice. We were able to get one charge credited back. It took over 30 minutes to check out.

The location is off the main road and we did not see any signs when we were trying to find it. But the girl who helped us was very nice and the trailer worked great!

The back of the truck had to be swept and washed because it was dirty and had a sticky mess on the floor. Additionally, when I made the reservation it was a week ahead of time for a location in Montgomery. This location was 30 miles away and caused me to drive an extra 1 1/2 hours. There was an allowance for the miles but not the time or the gas for 60 miles.

We were so disappointed in UHAUL because there was a breakdown in your reservation system. We made a reservation to pick up a truck in Auburn Alabama-to go one way to Atlanta. We were moving our daughter home from Auburn University. Key word here is RESERVATION. It was accepted and confirmed..The day before we needed the uhaul we got an email saying we would have to go to Tallassee , AL to pick up the Uhaul..30 miles outside of Auburn. It was inconvenient and not what we had expected because we made a RESERVATION. Very disappointed.
