I am disappointed that no AAA discount was available when I booked our truck, according to the employee. I feel that should be constant for all AAA members . In addition, the dolly was not helpful and quite small. I was under the impression it would have been larger. I also feel the charge for furniture blankets and the dolly is excessive. Those fees should be , at the very least , partially refunded to the customer upon return.

The truck was in excellent shape, except that the windshield(interior) was filthy. Once I cleaned it, my overall experience was excellent. The only reason I picked up at this location, which was far from my original choice, was due to truck availability.

We rented a 10 ft uhaul based on description to take a king size bed and it couldn't not sovwe have to chase a site that had a 15 foot U-Haul and finally got one Lost two hours of moving time and paid workers for helping load an additional two hours so that we could get a truck. We were not happy and quite frustrated for misinformation and first rental place. we received no financial compensation and for this inconvenience and our of pocket for labors because of this U-Haul should have discounted truck rental Please adjust and credit back my bill appropriately Thank you Marsha diamond

Key Slot is not marked well. Truck had less gas than on paper, guy initialed the new fuel level but did not enter it into the system.

The assistant manager (I think her name was Lauren) was totally disrespectful and ignored my husband and I regarding this issue. She was nasty, rude and basically just didn't answer or have any accountability for this matter. I will NEVER rent from you again.

I have a problem with UHaul estimating the gas in tank. The tanks are so large that it is virtually impossible to be accurate. I don't know why you don't have a more exact digital system. I was given the truck supposedly at 1/2 tank. It was not. As soon as I pulled off the lot, I nonticed that it was under a half. Also, there was a rather large crack in the front windshield that I didn't notice until after I left also. The crack created a whistling noise that aggrevated me the entire length of my trip (which was over 400 miles). This windshield should have been replaced before UHaul rented it out.

The 15 foot box truck I used had well over 70000 miles on it and the engine was noisy and weak. If I would've been using it for any kind of long distance I would have asked for a newer vehicle for fear of having a breakdown. People were nice but truck not so much.

I wouldn't change a thing. The truck ran great and handled well, the counter person was very professional and got me in and out fast. I would recommend this location to anybody who needed to rent a truck and I will be back the next time I need to rent a truck or van. It was a very painless experience.

The equipment was not at my preferred pick up location. I REALLY would have appreciate a phone call in advance with that information. I drove west to U-Haul in Smithtown only to be told I would need to now drive east to Middle Island. Everything else was terrific. We will be using your company again.
