Paul ValleI originally made reservation at Grove Road location as it is ~2 miles from my house. I showed up at 9:30 for my 9:15 reservation and was told (without apology) that Grove location did not have my reservation and I would have to drive 15-20 minutes to Midgard. I then inquired about returning to Grove location and was told that would be $90 additional charge. At no time did anyone apologize for screw up, inconvenience to me, time/gas wasted driving to Midgard, etc. I thought Grove customer service was as bad as I've seen lately. Midgard was great to work with but that was not my preferred and reserved location. This experience was very disappointing.

Justina BoydThe mobile check in was awful... it asks for someone to verify you as person to contact, then you have to wait for that person to get the call. That call never came! We ended up going inside, abandoning the mobile check in. We only needed the truck for a few hours, we returned it when we were expected to. Several hours later we get a text with instructions on how to check the truck back in...those instructions were not provided to us while we had the truck. Very uncomfortable process.

Joseph OMalleyThe folks at my destination were very friendly and informative. They asked how my experience was and I briefly told them of my experience with the reservation manager. Even though they had nothing to do with her, they still apologized for someone else's mishandling. The people were friendly at this location but because of my experience with Tammy Longoria, I will not be using U-Haul again.
