Great customer service. Wish they would have had the U-Haul size I reserved as it would have saved a few hundred in gas. :)

Open sign was on as it was during normal advertised hours but no one was there and office was locked. Called number on door and left message….was never called back. Called customer service as the instructions for after hours was not clear.
Andrea HWhen I began moving I opened up the trailer to load my things. I noticed a zip tie holding together the lever for the trailer and thought it was odd. I then realized that the zip tie held the lever in place. The lever would not close like normal which required me to use rope to keep the trailer secured. I would have liked to have been informed of this defect but wasn’t. I could have gotten a ticket because of this locations failure to inspect their vehicles.

Joyce BTried another location first , the Old Hickory location in Jackson , TN. The folks there acted like they didn't care if I rented from them or not , then after getting all the paperwork done , they informed me they didn't have any pigtails for the lights . The young lady at my rental location was friendly , and more than happy to rent it to me. Will return to this location because of that alone.

MELESIA FTheir was box hanging down by the gas pedal and I asked the uhual employees if it could be moved and they acted as if it was their for the company but each time it came to using the gas pedal after braking I had to use my foot to move the box it was a safety hazard.

michael fI started with one local small Uhaul dealer who gave me the number for another one because they didn't have what I needed. When I called that one, they also didn't have what I needed so they contacted this one and went ahead and scheduled the truck for me. Later that I day I received a cal from this one saying they also didn't have what I needed but would go up in size with no price increase. Turns out the larger truck was needed and was all VERY smooth. Both individuals I dealt with were very nice and helpful. I will be using this Uhaul rental place again.

Didn't have time to argue with him because I had 30 minutes before meeting the movers. And one pack of blankets were very wet and was not able to use them anyway. Only used 2 1/2 dozens.
