Truck was not previously cleaned, trash in center console and inside cup holders. Completely disappointed with truck only having 1/4 tank of fuel; had to refuel within first 30 minutes of renting. More disappointed that I returned truck with 1/2 tank of fuel; returned truck 12 hours early and still received a $20 penalty for after hours return. I got there about 15 minutes after it opened. I had done an online pre-check in, and so I was ready to go. There was one unfortunate guy working, and there was a line of people to pick up their equipment. I had to wait quite a time since the poor guy was overloaded with customers. Maybe having an additional staff member at this busy time would help with customer service. But once my turn came up, I was out of there in 5 minutes.Paul G.

They moved my reservation to someone else while I was picking it up at 9am. They did give me a smaller truck which cause us to be late for our required check out because we had to make two trips instead of one. So that's was pretty frustrating. However the customer service I received from the gentleman's at this locations was outstanding. He handled the conflict with amazing professionalism.MARIANNE M.

I then had to drive almost 30 minutes to another location for my second trailer. Once there, I was informed that the manager had cancelled my reservation due to not having enough equipment for me. The owner of mid guard storage was amazing. U-Haul customer service was indescribably awful. And the roadside assistance that were sent out both times were a complete waste of time and money. I will actively seek out another moving option next time.CASI N.

Ordered a had dolly never got it tried to call several times no one answered the phone called several times. Office door was locked when we got there called no answer then someone came from around the side of the building and opened up. Never checked the truck or pulled down the door I'm short and couldn't reach it. Wasn't a good first impression. Not used to this from my other dealership.CHERYL S.

Roughly 7 of the blankets were cut in half which made some of them smaller than normal. But other than that it all worked out wellCurtis W.
We dropped the truck off at night and since it had an Appliance dolly, furniture dolly, and 10 pads we decided it would be safest to lock it and come back when they opened the next day and remove the lock. When we arrived the employee was not pleasant, said he was going to charge us $20, said he could have rented the truck if the lock wasn't on it even though the office had just opened and he had a contact phone number if he wanted to reach out. He then said since we brought it back early we should have gone on the U-Haul site and gone to the returned truck spot, so I tried doing it while we were there and it wouldn't let us. Said it didn't recognize our e-mail address or password. I did it numerous times and finally after quite some time I told him it wasn't working and he finally handled it. It states in the U-haul paperwork that if the website doesn't work then the employee can do it, however, for whatever reason he was very resistant to help until I read that to him. We were there for quite a long time and there was only one person ahead of us and nobody behind us waiting. I would only go to this location or recommend it due to its location, certainly not because of any help from that employee.NANCY S.

Lock code for before/after hours were incorrectly given example the code was LOVE. Come to find out the store representatives put the lock on incorrectly facing the actual lock box, so the code was really EVOL. After an hour after arriving uhual sent a manager to the location to get it off and he was extremely rude and made it seem like we were putting in incorrectly when in fact THEY put it on the opposite way which alters the code. The uhual inside had gunk stuck to the steering wheel and seats, had stains everywhere on the seats, and had rubbish, leaves and dirt in the bed of the uhual from prior rentals in which you could tell it never was swept like it's required.Quiana B.
The first day I called to inquire about drop off location, the person who answered did not offer to look up my phone number to see about the drop off. The second day after I learned from an 800 number where the drop off location was, the person said "just lay the key on the counter". I was told a receipt would be sent by text message, but I have not received a text message receipt. When I dropped off, no one confirmed that I had returned with the correct amount of gasoline, nor did anyone confirm that I had stayed within the allowed mileage.
