thomas toftWould not recommend 24/7 pickup. It took us almost 2 hours to get a key. Most of the time with U-Haul Cust service. 55 minutes and I got a person and was quickly disconnected. Had to go through it all over again. Hopefully will never need that service again

MICHAEL LEVTCHENKOI rented a pickup truck for 1 day from Saturday to Sunday. The location was closed in Sunday and the app didn’t work, so I just parked the truck on their parking lot and dropped the key into the box as it was said on their website. But they charged my card for 1 more day like I returned the truck on Monday when the location was opened again! I’m so disappointed! Will never use this service again especially in the weekend!
Galina FennellSTILL WAITING FOR OUR RECEIPT. Picked up truck in the morning and dropped back late afternoon. Gas topped off and as told they would check in and send receipt... still waiting but apparently they were able to bill us! Two charges that can be confirmed or verified. They claim the U-Haul system is down.. but not down enough to bill us???

Kevin GonzalezI feel I was cheated in being charged for gas when I returned the truck with the same level of gas as when I received it.
ALLEN KRUGERI had excellent experience with it management and the vehicle was nice but it needed to be maintenanced washer Wells were empty you could hear the power steering unit screaming cause the fluid was low it had a throttle body or some kind of air mixture or sensor problem because the engine was fluttering there were a few small issues but overall though vehicle ran well but it only had 10,000 miles on it it should have been running like a brand new truck maintenance is the lifetime of a vehicle

Josh FuhrmanReserved for 2 days starting on 8/3 2pm, I ended up getting it done early because my son show up to help. Return the truck and equipment before 2pm (at 1:45pm) on 8/4 which mean I only use for one day. I still end up got charge for two days.

Andres SantaI have waited a day to cool down. My comments could be long but the short version follow: Called to change pick up time to 8 am on Tuesday. Told I would get an email with a code to get van keys. Seemed like a nice guy. On pickup day no email, no code therefore no early pick up. Waited until opening at 9am walked in and was ignored at the counter for 5 minutes until I said something loud Guy then said a week sorry, I explained what happened and he didn't care, passed me off to Nick who also didn't care and tried to say the reservation wasn't changed After another 15 minutes I left with the truck. Returned 3 hours later, cleared the van and left w/o hearing so much as a thank you or sorry for our screw up. Will let all of social media know this company SUCKS!!!.My neighborhood connections cover Viera, Sat. Beach and Melbourne. Maybe some training in the near future, ya think!!! Glen

Keith BlackThis was a horrible experience. The App didn't work. When it finally did i had no code for the key box. Through a "live chat" I was sent a different key code for a different truck then I ordered! I contemplated taking that much larger truck but figured it might be leased to someone else. When I finally received a key code for the correct truck, that truck was not left out for me. Luckily I knew someone who had a storage unit. I called them to help me get in, where we drove around until I found the truck which corresponded to my key. I lost almost 2 hours of my moving time. This is totally unacceptable!
Mark NelsonThe representative checking me in seemed very inexperienced and had to re-do several actions even though they had already been done on pre-arrival check in. They struggled with the credit card and finally asked for assistance from a co-worker. I will assume inexperience over incompetence. The check in experience was poor, the rest of the service and check in were excellent.
James StepnoskiThe attendant was not helpful and often confused. I have delt with him before, he is frustrating to deal with. This is not about U-Haul but about this locations customer service. Also he did not check my drop off in in a timely manner.

Richard LanoueI was charged $11 for the damage waiver, however, I specifically did not select this when booking the vehicle and did not choose it when picking it up. Not a huge deal but something I will have to look out for next time during the checkout process when they hand me my receipt.

The employee at the counter said that if I’m picking up the car while the store is closed I need to call the day before to make arrangements; and I didn’t see tha anywhere in the instructions. Other than that pretty good experience.

TOFILI MARSHALLApp is far to slow for return. Would have been significantly faster to address with the attendant, but will not pay a “convenience fee” (solely Uhaul’s convenience) to do so. Frustrating enough that I will investigate alternatives to Uhaul for my next move. I have utilized Uhaul for 30+ years without yet investigating alternatives.
