The staff who run this UHaul store are all incredibly nice and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them and the level of service they provide. Very thankful to have rented from them!

Edward DThe mobile check in needs to be improved. It was difficult and cumbersome. I believe the main intention of mobile check-in is to make processes more convenient. The Uhaul mobile check-in is not convenient.
Monte RThe sliding door on the particular 5'X8' enclosed trailer I rented this time shot up so high it retracted past the upper trailer rim and was jammed up there because the lock hitch handle caught on the inside rom of the trailer unit. It took me forever to unjam it in order to close the roll top door. There needs to be some sort of 'stop' thing so the rolltop door does not go that far up/back on the track rollers. It was a real challenge but I finally wriggled my fingers up into the rim to move the lock hatch out of the way and thank pulled hard to close the rolltop door. I didn't expect to have to do that at age 71 myself.

NANCY DDropped off trailer on Saturday, 9/10 (1 day early) and the guy doing receiving said I could park it and he would process it that morning… now I’ve received an email from uhaul that I didn’t return it until Monday, 9/12 and charging me a late fee for an extra day! I have a video of me leaving the trailer there on Saturday
Ryan JI have used this location several times. The people there are great! They are always helpful. I am an older woman and they go the extra mile to help. I don't think there is a lot of room for improvement here. They are just very good.
