I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, after multiple attempts finally I did. Initially I was told that the location was closed for the season. Drop off process was complicated and confusing.

Overall, I had a positive experience. I was coming from out of state and the staff did a good job of communicating with me and was very helpful. The car dolly I rented was in good shape. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that the tire pressure was well below the recommendation so I had to add air before towing my vehicle.
Michael KEducate this location on hooking up trailers. I had to file Corp complaint because they hooked trailer up wrong and it came off going down the exit ramp. Very shook up over incident and all the compliant line had to say was where sorry. Pretty poor service
James CThey need to plow the driveway better. The snow was piled up and slippery. It was a little difficult pulling a trailer up the incline to get into the parking lot. Other than that the support person was very nice and helpful.
Nancy DThe parking lot had not been plowed, leaving frozen ruts. It was actually dangerously icy. This also made it a challenge to find a spot to leave the trailer.
