Worse customer service and I'm filing a lawsuit for you guys giving me a rental contract then coming to repo rental a day before it's do back. I will send my rental agreement to a lawyer

Ronnetta JI called U-Hauls 1-800 number because I had a unique need on a strict time schedule. Originally I felt confident about my plans but then they fell apart. Luckily, I got connected with MCC. The staff was amazing! They knew I'd been having issues with U-Haul itself and they did everything to correct the issues. I will definitely use MCC again!!

WYNEE HThe truck we rented reeked of cigarette smoke to the point of having to drive with the windows down in order to breath. The staff was exceedingly helpful which is why I gave it three stars. The truck on the app showed no damage, the physical truck however was scratched and dinged on both side.

SUZANNE SNeed to check mechanical condition of trucks carefully. First truck had check engine light on - air in gas tank according to meter check. Second truck had no wiper blade on drivers side. It took over two hours to get truck. Dispatch Center totally screwed up - i had to go through three locations and two trucks lost two hours of 8 hour window of dry weather.
THOMAS OI had a lot of issues with the after hours pick up and had to call costumer service 3 times and it took 30 minutes to finally get the truck.

Douglas WThe online pickup of this was ABYSMAL. It was scheduled for 8am, before the physical location was open. I filled out the info as directed, and had to submit references. They only called one of them. We waited 30 minutes. I had 3 different people on the UHAUL line either hang up on me or try to cut me off without doing literally anything to help. We ended up having to restructure our day to go back at 11am when the store was open. We had to fight to get a live verification person to confirm my father's ID wasn't stolen. They wouldn't even call the UHAUL rep that we were speaking to in person to verify the info I filled out online. So many people either hung up on me or tried to hang up on me. However, the people at the actual pick up location were great. The man who helped my father and I did everything he could to help even though the other side of UHAUL was absolute trash. I don't remember his name, I wish I did! If it weren't for him this would've been a 1 star review for sure. The truck was dirty and smelled like smoke and the oil change light was on, also. Luckily we didn't have to drive far in there.

Tara AIn the event that I truck is not back on time and someone else have reservation to pick the truck up. Store should be contacting the person who should be returning truck back. Not when the person who have reservation to pick up the truck when they get there. Overall, the staff was very pleasant regarding the situation. Even though I was really upset because my movers canceled due to the truck issue. They insured to tackle the situation at hand and make it work out.
Celzy DThis location is very hands-off, which has not been my experience at any other location. My recommendation is to provide More customer service. Don’t have the customer doing everything. It may as well be a self-service kiosk.

Rachel BVery friendly and helpful staff. My only issue was locating the office. There are several businesses in the area and the trucks could be associated with more than one building. I would certainly use this location again due to the excellent staff.
