CARLO WWas supposed to get a 26 ft truck in alliance. They said we would have to drive to Sidney, ne to get it. It is 87 miles one way. That was unacceptable, so we got a smaller truck in alliance. We had to get rid of several items to fit into the smaller truck. Not what we had planned. Very disappointed with the correct truck not being available.

John WI was supposed to receive a code from U-Haul to get through the gate to access the truck the day before I needed it and never got the code. I ended up having to rush the next morning to get the truck from the office there.
Susan AI understand that it was an inconvenience to extend the rental when I wasn’t able to get back on schedule but a family member passed away during my trip and the person who took my call practically yelled at me for not being back on time.
Sharon HWhen a customer calls to make a reservation for a truck please go over the quote so they don't get charge more then expected and tell them about the insurance

Charles UUhaul needs more units available in all locations. Had to pickup this trailer 40 miles away, in which there are 4 other dealers closer that had no inventory.

Timothy CDon't rent damaged equipment. Don't put the cost and TIME burden on a customer for stocking issues.
