Cab had garbage under the seats. Interior side of windshield had a film on it that I had to clean off at a gas station in order to see when the sun was out. Lots of bugs on the front, but a very minor issue. U-haul interac machine was causing issues.Marty S.

Wasn't allowed to rent the truck in Grande Prairie and drop it off in Dawson creek. Cost almost double (including fuel) to have to return it to Grande Prairie than oneway drop-off. the 26 foot GMC had an extreme vibration when at highway speeds. They should fix the problem before renting it out again.Wayne T.

Unmaintained truck with highway vibration and check engine light on and in need of an oil change and a cracked windshield. Required to do app checkin and then waited 45 minutes to do in person checkin anyway.Marc S.

Truck engine was on,would stop running while driving and start again was filthy on the inside spilled coffee running down front window not vacuumed,energy drink can under passenger seat,dirty windows. Remind me of the old days when uhaul didn't care about there equipment and customers. Had no choice needed to move my wife and kids to our new home and there was no other options available in town that weekend.michael C.

Corporate UHAUL as a company is a joke. If i book for 72 hours and you tell me i have to have it back in 68 hours.... i shouldnt have to pay for 72 hours. If i overfill the tank i should get refunded the extra fuel. Mikes Lube was wonderful super happy place.Kurt H.

Check Tires carefully before your trip. We blew one of the tandem tires 15 min from our house. Roadside was fairly quick to come replace the tire.ashley D.

UHaul needs to find a better solution for delivering on the right size equipment that was ordered. It is extremely tough for people who are depending on larger size equipment to receive a call the day before being notified that it is not available. Especially when there are flights involved to another city for the pick up.Cory J.

The guy handling the uhaul was rude and unprofessional. Complained about my credit card which I've used 1 year ago to book woth no problems. Told me I couldn't have my 24 hours I booked for because for one, he was late arriving to my pickup and two he didn't want to be back for 3pm which was my scheduled return time because "it wasn't worth his time". Disgusting lobby for waiting for the guy who, did I mention he was late. Will never use this location for pick up again, instead I will call and make sure I can pick up from another location in town. What an absolute joke this experience was im furious this guy shouldn't be a dealer for shit on a stick.Jarett J.

Charged a fee even though I brought it back early with the contract in the drop . Attendant had a very bad attitude aswell and made the process undesirable compared to any other U-Haul dealerNicholas U.
I was surprised at how easy it was to rent a vehicle for our quick move. The truck was smooth running and the radio top notch. We had a lovely drive to BC to pick up my daughter and her things; the whole experience was easy on us. I am definitely going to use this place if I decide to move in the future.Norma G.

Drop off after hours on Sunday, November 24th.Colleen C.
First the location and the contact center don't talk. I called and let the store know I was running late. 45 min later the contact center called asking if I still wanted the truck Second when I went to pick up the truck they needed 2 extra contacts above me. I don't give people's information unless I have their permission so I needed to make calls while waiting to get my truck Thirdly I was told I could pay cash. When I came back to return the truck, the business was open but â€œthe one guy who does it was not thereâ€. Very inconvenientkurtis T.

I was mislead on the website as to the cost of the trailer, I was held up with paper work and check ins even though I did the express check in, the maintenance of the trailer was poor ratchet straps would not stay tight and the driver rear tail lamp would not illumate only signal light was working, dropping off the trailer was unprofessional as it was not checked in and I received a phone call as to why I had not returned the trailer 3 days later.Terrance C.
