It's not clear what you are doing there. A person just appeared with a key to a Uhaul that was trapped behind some cars. I had to bother the pharmacy.

I hate the Truck Share 24/7 way of renting. The site got our confirmed reservation time wrong and we had to call to get it straightened out to even start the truck retrieval process. It would be very helpful if your reservation system made it clear which locations provide on-site service and which only allow the 24/7 process. I hope I never have to use the truck share process again, and will not recommend it to other people.

The online pick up process was terrible. It took me over an hour and a half to get into my truck. I took a picture of my ID front and back which ended up not being sufficient. Then when dealing with U-Haul customer service Lawrence Lopez and Riley ball were incompetent. Not only that but Riley ball messaged Paul at the mill creek U-Haul and said that I was being dissed honest and not to trust me. He should not be saying anything like that because I was giving all the information I had my U-Haul login and my payment information. I was standing in front of Paul the U-Haul wrap at the Mill Creek location and they still wouldn’t process my transaction. The only positive was dealing with Ashley When I called customer service and she finally was able to get me into my truck. This was not a quick process and was terrible and I will never use that service again

I don't know if the place was clean and inviting or if the personnel were helpful because I didn't see them. I went into this location 4 times on the Friday before I needed to return my uhaul and every single time no one was there, the lights were off and the doors were locked. I looked at reviews for this location later that day and the other reviews were all the same, saying no one was there to help them. This location is awful and isn't open 90% of the time they say they are open.

This isn't really a UHaul location. The guy was nice, but it was in an abandoned building. Maybe that is part of the franchise system or perhaps he was moving locations or is new?

Uhaul was iced/snowed over so we couldn’t see the # of the truck or the damage before we took it.

Return app wouldn’t work on my iPhone. There is a bug where is won’t ask the phone for permission to use the camera. Therefore the app will not take the required photos. Thoughts I was t going to be able to return until I thought to use my husband’s Samsung and the app worked fine. Very frustrating.
