Window was very dirty and needed to be cleaned- not thrilled that i had to pay $35 for cleaning when it was not clean for me to use.

Bit of a learning curve to do mobile pick up but got it done without any problem. This is a small neighborhood U-Haul which makes it perfect for quick and simple rental. Truck was clean and had plenty of gas to get us started down the road.

Display the bar code to scan on the window and not crumpled up like trash on the ground. Also, provide the right lockbox information for the rented vehicle.
