Post on your window, how to get in touch with a person who can answer questions. we did not know you had to use a smart phone to be able to get the key. my phone signed off, so we had to go back to Middlebury, and recharge the phone. i tried it at home, but it said I had to be at the site, so we went back, and then I was locked out. I had movers waiting. we arrived at 745, but it was 1030 before we got a truck. Ive never been so stressed in my life.ALTON M.

The after-hours process was not reliable, glad I picked up on Friday when the location was open. At the location I dropped off at I had trouble getting the remote app to verify my location to verify drop off, 2hours later I spoke to the U-Haul help center and got verified and dropped off, other than the technical problem, very satisfied!Richard H.

Lock box didn't work but since it was business hours I reported it to the location and they intended to fix it. The phone app and ability to rent after hours is excellent option. As first time customer this was less than perfect. A check list of expectations ahead of time would be nice. Lots of pictures. But the location is a dead zone for AT&T. The location has wifi but password should be provided in app for after hours. And taking pics is away from wifi so allowing all pictures to be taken then uploaded in bulk would help poor coverage. The multiple uploads was frustrating.Evan B.

Overall a great experience. Check in was fast and easy and the people we worked with were professional and friendly. My only suggestion is if you do the online return use the link they text you and do not try to go through the website directly. The website didn't work for us.STEVE K.

Service was very good, BUT no one was wearing a mask. No evidence of hand sanitizers and other customers were not practicing distancing. There was a shield in place at the counter. When asked about the lack of precautions, employees said they chose to not wear masks. There is an added health risk at this location if one is in the office.LARRY Y.

Take trailers off the road the have damage. The one I had leaked and cause damage to the furniture that I needed to move. Water came up from the sides as well as a leak in the top. This particular 4x8 trailer needs to be removed until repaired.Patrick M.

The drop off location was my original site to drop off the truck because it was close to home. When I got to the location to do mobile drop off because the location was not open on Sundays (which we knew), my reservation had been changed to have it dropped off at a location farther from in my house. I spent over 30 minutes on phone having representatives from U-Haul switch my reservation back to the original location so I could complete my drop off. Very frustrating.Keith B.

All the charges are not explained and they give you an attractive price of under $20 dollars per day and at the end of things I paid $104 dollars there are so many hidden fees or stuff they dont tell you about. I used the truck for 2 or 3 hours at most and $104 dollars for a mini truck seems ridiculous, never renting from UHAUL!!...DAVID C.

The approval process took far longer than anticipated. This was disappointing as it was quite cold outside where we stood to wait as the location was closed for the weekend.Sean S.
While I say it was clean, the truck reeked of gas or gas like substance on the inside. The man assisting us smelled it from the outside of the truck, couldnt find any leaks and said to just put it in the review if we smelled it once we got to our moving location. When we popped the trailer open it was overwhelming inside. Tried to call millers building supply but they were already closed. So now our furniture reeks of gas.LESLIE G.
The app on the phone was horrid! It took us over an hour to get through the pick up. It froze up. It would not upload the photos. Then you'd have to go back and start over again! I would never never recommend doing this through the app.Benda B.
