Need more signage to show where to park U-Haul vehicle. The instructions said to park in the empty lot at 1513 Line Avenue, but there was no empty lot at that address. It was a large parking garage. I drove around the block several times looking for a space big enough to fit the 26' vehicle. We found a vacant lot on the other side of 1545 Line Ave that was the only place the U-Haul would fit. There was a small lot at 1513, but it had cars parked in it. I tried to park it where it was as visible as possible. Also, no phone number or virtual assistant was provided to give me direction if I needed help. Maybe photos of the â€œempty lotâ€ that customers are supposed to park in should be provided.Jerrica B.

Key lock box location is not safe. It's in the parking garage entrance and there were people hanging out drinking alcohol and whatnot.. not the safest place you can go get a uhaul. Wouldn't prefer this location again.Ashish T.

We never saw anyone. We dropped off the truck beside other trucks--we were told there was 24/7 dropoff. The office was unlocked and unoccupied; it was creepy. Our daughter was able to go back and drop the key with a person on Monday. But we were afraid to have left it just randomly on an unoccupied desk in an unlocked office downtown where homeless people were wandering around. Very weird experience.MELANIE M.
The location was a little confusing to access and not in the most inviting part of town. Also, it was a little difficult to find the uHaul key drop box as it was on the opposite side of the building from where the uHaul was parked.Layne N.

I wouldnt have had any issues but no one ever told us that the pick up location wasnt open. So we were scrambling trying to find someone to help us. We werent given any directions about where to find the lock box and what the code was to get it. It was annoying since we had a busy day of moving ahead of us. Next time send directions, thanks!Thomas J.

I drove 10 miles and turned the key back in. I called this location letting them know it was uncomfortable and i wanted to see my other options. The employee said her manager would call me back. I never received a call and they turned in my rental although i paid for 24hours. The time in and time out shows it was only out maybe an hour but i rented it 24 hours without being given the option to keep it my full reservation!CLINTARIUS C.
Donald Hartman (area manager) provides terrible customer service along with his workers! He called me with a spam number and questions what issues i have, then he argues and cuts me off!. This is probably with every customer but most customer don't take the imitative to fill out a complaint. The employee (Courtney) that i spoke with put me on hold to 3-way him in. After she comes back she tells me he said he's talked with me already and wasn't coming back to the phone!CLINTARIUS C.
