Dropped off truck on Labor Day so the facility was closed. We used the drop box and had no problems whatsoever. I am grateful for that.

I am really disappointed on the u-haul service. I made the reservation online and uhaul changed my pick up location, pick-up time, drop off location and made me drive 30 minutes to pick up the truck by the time I needed it. It took one hour to submit the information at the new pick up location. The person in charge was very nice; however, the internet service was not very good and he could not access the u-haul site. The system would log out (that happened three times) and it took one hour to enter and submit the information. The printer was not working so I could not have a receipt.

The location was a mini storage with no office staff or drop-off box. Staff didn't return my call until a few hours after drop-off.

Need a printer that works. It took a good 30 minutes to finally get the printer to work. This delayed my leave time. Agent said this was a problem and apologized for having problem. Felt it was unnecessary to have a delay since he told me before he started there was a problem.
