No one gave us any information on the truck. It raind as we were traveling and the truck leaks. All of our things got wet. I was not happy.

Leslie DeasCannot comment on the destination location as it was a storage unit property with a property office that showed signage that it was open on a Saturday afternoon but in fact was not. It was just a key drop. No instructions or anything about how to handle the return.
Brad SmithThe truck still had trash (paper, mail, food, and food containers) and dirt from the previous renter, and did not have a fuel tank of fuel. It would be nice to rent a clean vehicle and have a full truck when you pick it up. The online process was cumbersome and took longer than I expected. Delayed me for approximately 30 mins.

Janet Rider-BabbittCustomer service did not transfer my appliance dolly. I had to change my reservation to go completely out of my way for pickup. Horrible experience with UHAUL! Not necessarily the pickup or dropoff locations fault. I am throughly upset about my experience and would have rather used a trailer to move my belongings. The truck itself would not stay on the road. The front end was COMPLETELY wore out. I was nervous to even drive it.

MICHAEL SANDUSKYThe check in option on Saturday is horrible! I was under the impression that all I would need to do is get a code texted on Saturday to pick up the truck key. It was a long ordeal of getting verification and copy of license and a picture which could have been all done prior to picking up the truck. Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to pick up something already reserved. U-Haul definitely needs to work on this check in process!
Clayton WintersProvide quality windshield wipers. Much money as y'all make, I know y'all can afford Rain X wiper blades. Ran into a storm during a 3hr drive & I didn't know if I needed to be afraid of the storm, the squeaking blades scratching the windshield, or if the right blade was going to fly off altogether. Smh

Mae TalleySpeed limits on trailers needs to be updated to reflect current highway speed limits. 55 mph is fine for local highways but the current speed limit on Arkansas interstates is 75. It would be nice to know the trailer can handle those speeds. Love the location! Love the service!!! Love everything about the experience!

Kim ShireyFirst day I wanted truck, location was closed for personal reasons. Second day, I was told no problem picking truck up after hours. Problem, no GPS there and had to wait until next day. Rained all day and truck interior leaked and some items were soaked.

Jason Powerstruck exterior was dirty/muddy, inside was dusty, sliding door was very hard to open and close, truck had excessive wind noise around windows the bed had not been swept the worst truck i have ever rented from u-haul.
