Get rid of this location. Crooks! Since I was charged for 2 gallons of gas and only put on 9 miles, which equates to 4.5 mpg. I suggest getting new more economical vehicles, or get rid of that location that rips people off.

The truck had about 2 in of frozen rain and snow on the windshield and the hood. I had to walk back to my car to get my snow scraper and chip off the ice and snow to free up the windshield wipers. I feel that good customer service would be to have that windshield clean of snow before I took the truck out.
