Perhaps I misunderstood what I was expecting, but there was no “real” help at the store. When I asked about turning in the trailer, I was told just drop it off out there. Didn’t ask for name, contract number, anything. It left me wondering if it was checked in.

I reserved a u haul online at one location and it was changed because they didn't have my truck. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I clicked "pick up my truck" the screen said there wasn't a truck associated with my reservation. I went inside to sort it out and the guy that attempted to help me had no clue what he was doing. He wasn't even a u haul representative. They didn't have my size truck so gave me a larger one at no extra cost. I was assigned the wrong truck so when I tried to return it through 24/7 drop off, u haul tried to charge me almost $19,000 because the mileage didn't match up. I had to go back to the drop off location the next day to work things out, which they didn't open until 9:30 am causing me to be late for work. Also, the air conditioning stopped working.

I couldn’t understand them and they couldn’t understand me. The building is not marked as a U-Haul company and when I went in to ask, they just nodded their heads and then made me wait 10 minutes with no one speaking to me. They told me I had to pay $100 deposit with my debit card and entered a return location that I did not request. I called the 800 # and updated the correct return location and they advised me at the return spot that I did not have 100 deposit.
