So unfriendly. Nobody works on the spot. I wait for around hour until employee came to pick up truck. It is really so Bad.. I never use the U-haul. Bad Service, Very rude.KYOUNG S.
Poor management at this location was charged a different price then what our contract stated. Called costumer service multiple times to complain about this location. Our contract stated 79 cents a mile we were charged another price. Will never go/recommend this location again. Should not be a uhaul distributor.Antonino L.

There was a problem with the gas amount in the truck when picked up. the attendant said she would make note of it but never did and i was ultimately charged for it. after a number of phone calls to the location nothing was done to rectify the situation. i was forced to get my credit card company involved.douglas M.
