Very accessible and a clean lot. At 4 pm there was no staff on site to assist but there was a drop box and things went smooth

Check the tires on the trailers, one set was worn through to the treads.

Brian TOur. Vehicle was at location but not available for use. Contacted u-haul and was given a different type of vehicle and a trailer we couldn’t use. Capacity of replacement was lower causing more work. Only good weather and close proximity made it possible to do move, As it was we were late for move wasted a lot of people’s time and inconvenienced a lot of other people. One bad review will be remembered over many hood ones. This will be the bad teview..
Angus MGuy connected chains without crossing them. My friend had to tell him how. Also, trailer was not swept clean.

Jaydev CBrakes are in need of repair. Very soft. Cruise control did not work. Even though it was 2 in the afternoon no one was present to speak to when we dropped off the truck all locked up
BEVERLY PActually the place was okay - just a dirty yard, after raining that day (not much they could do about that). The office had no (working) printer. So I was concerned with dropping off the trailer without a receipt. After a few minutes and some heated word (from my part) the operator said he send the receipt via email (should have said this in the first place). He did take a picture of the trailer. I took several for my records. The office was clean and tidy (that’s were I left the blankets - that I rented). All in all my above rating are a bit harsh and hence the NA ratings
David MStaff was helpful with our questions about drop off over the phone.
john nCame after hours, lit enough to see, but there were logs and buckets in the parking lot which would be easy to not see and hit especially snow covered. Better marked spots would be good without the scrap on the ground.

roseline eI would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. Showed up to the first location there was no truck, 2nd location went through all the steps and the lock for the truck key wouldn’t open. 3rd location was Happyland inn. The trucks all had broken wipers and summer tires (in the middle of a winter snowstorm). Wanted to change to a one way truck rental was told it was $100 more and the price went up by $300. Changed back to a return to location rental and then ended up being charged on my final invoice 1.07 a km. WHAT?! The gentleman helping with customer service was nice enough to help us out and get us finally settled into a truck (close to an hour after my original rental time)
Kassandra WRoll-up door needs service. took almost 2 people to open and close it. Noisy bearing on right side. otherwise ok. Pleasant owner easy to work with.

Lesiie CBe sure to test the equipment before renting. The right side indicator light did not work . When I made the arrangements to rent, I specifically asked that the pickup location have someone ready to help. I had to wait until another of his clients showed to provide assistance.

Tabitha WIt took 45 minutes because all the info had to be re-submitted and same questions asked - something to do with computer issues plus my name on the reservation (made a week earlier) had a typo. Manager of the location was excellent and kept apologizing for the delay - so no complaints about his or his service. Just seems to be a lot of work, checks and double checks - all via computer (I'm 73 and not particularly computer literate!)
