I was charged for 2 days when I only borrowed the van from Sunday 845am to sunday 345pm. The female worker was unprofessional. When I returned the vehicle she tossed the keys aside. She was unwilling to give me a receipt. On Tuesday I received a call from the main office asking if I returned the vehicle. Then I received the charges for 2 days When I called to discuss the issue I was told to call the place I rented the van from Ally didn't want to help me. He gave me the managers number but she is on vacation. I then spoke to Mike who was driving at the time was told he would look into and call me back when he got to his destination. This was at 1pm it is now 1143pm and no return call.Miguel R.

When you reserve a truck a month in advance, make sure that truck is available. I reserved a 26 foot truck but the day before, someone called and said the only truck available within a 40 mile radius was a 10 foot which we had to take or risk not having any moving truck. This turned what should have been 1 total trip into 4 round trips. It was horrible and they did not offer proper compensation. Will not be using U-Haul again.ARIELLER S.

I confirmed that the pick-up was at the Middle-Hope location the day before I got a phone call saying it was changed to the Newburgh location. It all worked out, just a bit stressful learning about the change late. Plus, I never can get a human on the phone, or it is very difficult.S S.

Some cigarette ash in the vehicle, but overall clean. Light for oil change due was also on. Good location, would have been nice to have a truck option as well as the cargo van.John M.

A quite bit more pricey(almost double) than renting from H.D. or Lowes, TOO many extra fees. If rentals were available from those locations I would have used them instead. Overall gentleman at location was very polite, friendly and worked efficiently.Anthony F.
I wish I would have been able to give you my DL info ahead of time. I spent 1/2 hour trying. I could not get the back scanned. The guy inside was able to help or I would have cancelled it and gone home.Ditch the online thing. Give the guy a raise.David M.

When reserving a truck or van, I suggest you have the person create a UHAL account so they can sign in and self pick up much easier. I will have to say that I had a issue with this. Sure you send a video, but it says to log into your account, and when you cannot it throws you into a spin cycle - Not funAnastasia L.
